The staff is so kind and always smile even when we need help for anything. Always greetings when we were going outside the mall via lobby, and the staff when it's breakfast too. The breakfast is so good, the clean is perfect, cozy bedroom, cozy pillow, cozy sofa. The minus maybe just about the facilities of room, I don't think the TV is smart TV (?), and maybe for the advice.. Can be 1 TV & 1 Mini Fridge, not 2 TV in the same room. Because would be more good to be just 1 TV & 1 Mini Fridge, or can be 2 TV plus 1 Mini Fridge because I think it's a bit important for hotel room. Overall is good, I'm enjoying this hotel and would be nice to come again in the next chances. Thanks!

So far the hotel is really good, the view is beautiful, the food is delicious, especially the chicken porridge is my favorite!, only the lobby area is not cool enough, and the bathroom is a bit slippery hehe .. but overall everything is okay. Next time I will come here again

The room is not soundproof Although on the 28th floor the sound of vehicles can be clearly heard in the room

Facilities: Complete with refrigerator, air conditioner, elevator, breakfast area, 24-hour hot water. There is also a kettle and coffee☕️. Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Located in the University of Indonesia, there are many big trees🌳 and the air is very good. Service: The front desk service attitude is good, and the security and staff on campus are very happy to help outsiders.

Overall it's satisfying, it's nice... I definitely want to stay here again next time...

The hotel is still new and the rooms are nice, spacious enough for three or a family. The place is also strategic
