This was my first time staying at the Atour Hotel in the Canal Business District, and it's a new hotel. It was truly excellent! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also more spacious than other hotels I've stayed in. Most importantly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and room service was very prompt. When I needed to switch rooms during my stay, the front desk staff had everything ready for me – new room cards and breakfast vouchers. They were so enthusiastic and accommodating. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Beijing. Thumbs up!

We stayed in a Slytherin-themed room, and both the lobby and the room were spectacularly decorated, completely fulfilling my kids' expectations of the wizarding world. The staff were incredibly helpful; they added me on WeChat in advance to send the exact location and share important tips. They also offer costume and prop rentals on-site, and there's a large fridge available for guests to store their belongings. When it unexpectedly rained on the day we were out, the staff proactively offered us free umbrellas. Disposable raincoats were also available for just 5 RMB, and they even refunded me when we didn't end up using them. Absolutely fantastic service!

As the first guest to check in, I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was exquisitely decorated, and it was fully equipped with amenities such as a smart toilet and capsule coffee machine. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. I woke up for breakfast, and although I wasn't feeling well, the chicken soup was a welcome relief – warming and comforting. The breakfast was exceptionally good, plentiful, and thoughtfully provided. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, and the bathrobes were noticeably soft against the skin. A special thank you to the housekeeping manager for informing me of any lost items; the service was impeccable. During check-out, staff escorted me downstairs to my car – a truly commendable act!
