The room was very spacious and clean. I was very satisfied with the front desk service; they even helped with my luggage. The room was also very quiet, as it wasn't facing the street. There was heating in the room, so it wasn't cold even in winter. Plus, the price was very affordable!

This was my first time staying at a hotel here and I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly friendly, and the two young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and very cozy. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back next time! Freshly ground coffee is available for unlimited refills.

Room is spacious n comfy, we had upgraded our room. It is located among the embassy so it's very safe however it's far from subway but taxi fare is cheap there. Next to hotel there are many yummy food consisting restaurant of italian, xinjiang, korean, jap n my favourite is the beijing duck restaurent.

The room was spotless, and the location is excellent, right in the embassy district. I have to especially mention how friendly and well-trained all the staff are; they always greeted me. When the cleaning staff saw I was using a mouse, they even left a card and brought me a mouse pad. It was a fantastic stay. Five-star rating!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The entire place is spotless, and special shoutout to the amazing cleaning team on the 3rd floor—they refreshed our room daily with clean towels and perfectly made beds. The reception staff were wonderfully kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s great: about a 5–8 minute walk to the nearest metro, though Didi rides were so affordable that our family mostly used those. It’s very close to Ginza Mall with plenty of food options, and also near Raffles City Mall. Lama Temple is just one metro stop away, and the Mubus meet-up/drop-off at Dongzhimen Station is super convenient. Room fittings feel new and well-maintained. The only thing missing is a buffet breakfast, but space seems limited, so it’s understandable. Overall, an outstanding stay—comfortable, clean, and very well located. Highly recommended.

My stay at the Art Hotel in North America was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel itself houses a museum-quality art collection, featuring exhibitions of sculptures, oil paintings, silk paintings, and more – the entire property is enveloped in artwork! It was such a rewarding experience! The hotel is a high-end establishment with a strong artistic theme! The room was incredibly clean and beautiful! Very comfortable! The service was excellent! The room was fully stocked with toiletries! The dining was also artistic and delicious! This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is highly recommended! 👍👍🏆

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Sanlitun, within the bustling Machinery and Electrical Institute – perfect for young people looking for a good time. The environment is excellent, and the room was very comfortable and incredibly quiet, with great soundproofing. It was also spotlessly clean; the bedding and pillows were immaculate. The front desk service was exceptional; they kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast and an upgraded room type. My stay was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful with luggage storage and allowed for a late check-out. The breakfast was also excellent, a mix of Chinese and Western buffet, with delicious noodles and tasty stir-fries. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers and anyone who enjoys the vibrant Sanlitun area. The hotel's ambiance is wonderful; walking into the lobby, it almost feels like a trendy bar, which perfectly matches the vibe of Sanlitun. After dinner, you can head to one of the bars in the Machinery and Electrical Institute for a drink. Or take a stroll through Taikoo Li, a very fashionable shopping street. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My stay at CitiGO Hotel in Beijing perfectly aligned with the brand's youthful and trendy image. **Environment and Atmosphere:** During the 2026 New Year period, the hotel entrance and glass windows were adorned with charming hand-drawn horse decorations, creating a wonderful festive atmosphere. The modern industrial design from the lobby to the public areas, complemented by these bright decals, felt both dynamic and inviting. **Room Experience:** The room design was quite distinctive, with large hand-painted graffiti featuring Beijing landmarks (like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City) on the walls, accompanied by English descriptions. This cultural touch made it very welcoming for foreign guests and tourists alike. The bed was clean and spacious, and the open-plan washbasin design was well-thought-out, preventing any cramped feeling. **Attention to Detail:** The mini-fridge setup was a thoughtful touch, offering complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. This 'what you see is what you get' honesty was a big plus. The room also came equipped with a projector, providing a fantastic movie-watching experience from the comfort of the bed, and the blackout curtains worked effectively. Highly recommended.

The room was a bit small, but otherwise, it was fine. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Facilities: Equipped with a fresh air system and humidifier. Environment: The surroundings are very convenient, but I got a little confused when I first arrived because there's another Qiuguo hotel right next door. Service: The front desk service was excellent and accommodating.

Hotel is okay, room is tiny, but that's not an issue. Biggest issue is the wet bathroom, when I walked into the room the floor was still wet from the previous guest and smelled a bit like damp. If you shower in the morning good luck using the toilet normally in the day as it'll stay wet for 24+ hours.I also slipped on the floor because of a lack of adequate anti slip protection outside the shower and could have been seriously injured. Apart from the shower situation, the stay was good. Breakfast is limited, but good. Central area between tourist sights and embassy areas. Very friendly front door staff, especially night staff.
