stay at CitiGo Sanyuanquia  was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff! A special shoutout to Dandan 🌹, whose enthusiasm and dedication truly stood out. Despite arriving early, she graciously checked room availability and ensured an early check-in. She kindly upsold breakfast with genuine warmth, enhancing our stay. Her politeness and willingness to go above and beyond—providing helpful local tips—made us feel valued. The entire team radiates hospitality, creating a welcoming, seamless experience. The hotel provides complimentary laundry room, fitness, minibar and especially dim sum at night between 10-11 pm. The room is spotless clean, anyhow, a little small but comfortable, location is very close to Sanyuanqiao metro station which easy to commute to the city. There are shopping center, minimarts and restaurants around. Housekeeping maid also did a guest job keeping the room in good condition and very clean. Only downsides are the hotel location on DiDi was not accurate as I booked DiDi twice in hotel lobby but both drivers drove to Phoenix office building which is beside the hotel but receptionist kindly helped me out to speak to driver and concierge need a little  more active as we asked questions of traveling method he always guided us to receptionist whose busy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful service and comfort!

Nice hotel with afforable price. Remember to upgrade the room if you go with your family. The standard room is not allowed to use elevator and it is quite small (13 square meters)

The rooms were clean, and the location was great—close to many shopping malls. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The staff at the reception spoke English and checked us in quickly. The only downside was that the fridge in our room didn’t work, and our medicine spoiled. We asked them to fix or replace the fridge or at least bring us some ice, but the response we got was, *”Take it to the restaurant and leave it in their fridge.”* I think this was unprofessional on your part—if you advertise a fridge in the room, you should either fix it or replace it. We waited for two hours, and in the end, a housekeeper helped by swapping it with a fridge from a neighboring room. Thank you to her!

We just left this morning after staying at apartment side for 10 days and hotel room for two nights. We like the location which is convenient and quiet, though walking to the subway takes about 15 mins. The price is right with its competitors, like langyue. Another good point is its generous room size. We will stay again if we come back to beijing again in the future.

When searching for accommodations in Beijing, I originally considered one of the city's top 10 hotels that boasted a view of the Forbidden City. However, after realizing that the view was distant and being particular about handling my own laundry, I switched last minute to 北京佳兆業鉑域行政公寓—and what a lucky decision that was! This apartment-style hotel offers a perfect balance of space, comfort, and convenience. Our “apartment” was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt like a true home away from home. With a full kitchen (complete with a full-sized refrigerator), a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms (for the three of us), and a generously sized bathroom, we couldn’t have asked for more. The service was absolutely outstanding. From 小冉, who gave us a warm welcome and thorough orientation, to 小杜 on the evening shift, who went above and beyond to ensure all our grocery and meal deliveries were brought to our room promptly (sometimes even by a robot!), the staff’s attentiveness truly impressed us. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention—it was a highlight of our mornings. Fresh, clean, and featuring a wide array of healthy and delicious options, it surpassed the offerings of many 5-star resorts we’ve stayed at. The onsite kitchen, where chefs prepared noodles, soups, and pancakes to order, added a personal touch. And let’s not forget the spectacular view from the 40th-floor restaurant, which set a positive tone for the day. Lastly, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, being adjacent to several high-end shopping malls. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. I highly recommend 北京佳兆業鉑域行政公寓 to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and a homely atmosphere in Beijing.

We booked this hotel last minute vis Trip.com and found it super easy to get to. One downside at the entrance is there is no ramp (we had a toddler with a pram daily) but there are only a few steps so it is easy to get over them. Everything else is great, very well kept rooms and service was always really fast and convenient. The location is really good and is honestly only a 5 min walk to Tuan jie hu station which makes going to all the places really easy. Tai Koo Li is also only a 5 min walk.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center. Taking a cap takes around 20 to 30 min to the forbidden city, which is quick depending on the traffic. The staff is very welcoming, although they don't speak English very well. Be prepared to use a translator. The hotel itself is clean and makes a very good impression. The room itself has air-conditioning, a nice balcony with a view to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the balcony light didn't work for our room, but I saw the others are just fine. We loved the bed and the shower. Really clean. Lights are all controllable from the bed. The TV has Chinese program and a collection of movies. It's not a smart TV unfortunately and we didn't manage to put in English subtitles. The toilet is a smart toilet and was really good. You get a free supply of water and some small tomatoes next to the elevator. They also supply your rook with bottles of water after cleaning (which happens daily!). Shout-out to the cleaning lady, she was so nice. Right next to the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, although more on the expensive side within a walk of 15 min. If you opt to go south from the hotel it takes a 10 min walk to reach some nice local restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We had the best night drinking and eating with locals there. Super friendly people in this neighborhood. If you want to call a Didi (cheap chinese taxi app) there are good locations around the hotel for dropoff and pickup even with luggage. I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Beijing.

The location is ideal, situated in a lively Hutong with plenty of great food options nearby and easy accessibility. The bathroom is spacious, with two basins. The beds are comfortable, and the room is clean. Highly recommended!

Very strategic location, just a bit confusing when you book a didi. Many eateries nearby, including 2 in the lobby. You can have traditional breakfast at the adjacent building. Room is spacious, complete amenities, and what I really love is that they got bidet in thw toilet. Definitely worth for a comfortable stay

The Art Centre showcases impressive paintings, while the European-style classic cinema adds a vintage touch. The swimming pool and spa offer a relaxing, resort-like experience. Most notably, the top floor provides a breathtaking panoramic view of Beijing, making it a popular photoshoot spot for many celebrities. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to famous shopping and entertainment centers. I will definitely come back!
