Hotels in Universal Beijing Resort and Sorrounding, Beijing

We are a family of three adults, we booked this hotel for two weeks in separate booking, just in case if we decided to move to another hotel. This is our second week booking of the hotel. The hotel is a short 5-10 minutes of walking distance from Wanshengdong subway station (Wanshengdong station is very close to Universal Beijing Resort so it is about one hour of travelling by subway to the centre (Ring 1) of Beijing). Upon arrival, the reception lady was friendly, quick an efficient. Checkout was also quick, friendly and efficient. Our bedroom was clean, warm (even the floor is heated - temperature outside was between -2C to -8C), smoke free and looks great - basically everything looks like in the photos, services and amenities were as stated in Trip.com . They also provide free hot lemon water and tea in the lobby, which was perfect on our return to the hotel from the very cold weather outside. We made full use of self-service laundry facilities. We asked the receptionists several times to help us with our travelling plan, they have been extremely helpful. In fact, despite speaking very little English, all the hotel staff were very helpful, from the receptionists to the hotel cleaners. Around the hotels, there are many good eating houses, eat what locals eat and pay what locals pay, so very pocket friendly too. There are many mini supermarkets too, and you can walk about 10 minutes to reach a bigger supermarket in another shopping area. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

When I checked in, the front desk said that I had booked a floor-to-ceiling window, so they upgraded it to a large window. Although it faces the road, it is not noisy. The room was very quiet, I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors, the decoration was refreshing but not cold. There was enough space, adequate heating, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bath water is very comfortable, with dry and wet separations, and the towels are also very soft. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and would proactively ask if you needed to book a shuttle bus to Universal Studios the next day. Overall, I am satisfied with all aspects. There are many restaurants nearby, such as Mixue Ice City, Luckin Coffee, Ziguangyuan, supermarkets, etc., which are just downstairs from the hotel. After some observation, although it is a little farther from Universal Studios than Jinglanting and Xi'an, the areas around those two hotels are indeed much more desolate in terms of food and drink compared to Manqu. I am glad that I chose this hotel with a very cost-effective price.

It exceeded my expectations. It was an unexpected surprise during the trip. I never comment, but I took out my phone to comment when I got home. After staying there, the most common thing my children and I said was that it was great value for money. I even think it is much better than Hilton. Perfect. I will stay at your place next time... The most heartwarming thing is that you even deliver noodles in the evening. It is a heartwarming service.

Pros: Fantastic buffet style breakfast with loads of choices, definitely top of the class. Room was clean, daily service. Massive 100 inch projector TV in the room. Price was reasonable for a Hilton hotel in Beijing. Cons: Reception tried to force us to buy breakfast coupons for kids even though they were included in the booking (I had to show them the fine print of their own policy). Also the room didn't have a window (so if you're planning to stay during day time it's quite gloomy). Aircon wasn't perfect (cooling wasn't working properly)

I had an amazing stay at Yunli Hotel! Special thanks to Xiao Li for their outstanding service. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality. 5 stars!

Universal Studios is less than 20 minutes away by taxi. The hotel is very new. When we arrived at the store, there were three customers in front of us to check in. The front desk staff arranged the room very quickly. During the period, we received a call to inquire about the route. The staff patiently and accurately gave guidance, which was very professional. The parent-child room is very spacious. The two beds in the room should be 1.5 meters long. It is no problem to hug the child to sleep. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable. There is also a small tent in the room, and the children are very happy. The hygiene is up to standard and there is plenty of hot water. You can order takeout from the restaurant next door in the room, such as pasta and French fries. We got up late the next day and breakfast time was almost over, but the aunt in the kitchen heard that we needed milk and heated up two packs. All the staff are very friendly and service-minded. It was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

The landlord is very nice and upgraded the room type. The environment upstairs and downstairs is great and the children are happy. The sleep is very comfortable, the floor is heated, and there is parking at the door. It is super convenient, good value for money and very close to Universal Studios. It is convenient for eating, staying and playing. I will stay here again next time I come.

A very unique B&B. I ordered it based on the photos, and it didn't disappoint me. It's very cost-effective. It's so comfortable to stroll around Universal Studios for a day and then take a private bath! The boss is very enthusiastic, and there is a special car to pick you up, which is very convenient! I will come here again if I have the chance!

Not only does he patiently answer questions, but he also recommends the characteristics of the scenic spots. Moreover, the breakfast here is also great. It is delivered to the room with a rich variety, and every bite is full of the taste of home. This stay is impeccable in terms of environment, service and supporting facilities. I sincerely recommend it to friends who want to find a quiet place to relax, and I believe you will love it too!
