房間裏很乾凈，有個獨立的小院，陽光灑滿院子，貓咪懶懶的曬着太陽，很休閑很愜意。唯一不好的就是屋內沒有垃圾桶，不方便。還有就是洗手盆下面有點漏水。出行很方便，離聖泉山，慕田峪長城，紅螺寺都不遠。周邊的餐廳都吃了遍。

小院位置很好找，周圍吃飯也很方便，烤魚灶台魚還有巴基斯坦餐廳就在旁邊，不遠處網紅點咖啡店都很多，以前總路過這裏，從未發現還有這樣一個桃花源一樣的小院子，推門而入，豁然開朗，花花草草，鬱鬱葱葱的樣子，每間房都有獨立的小院，然後公用一個大院子，後面還有蹦床鞦韆，456條狗狗還有數不過來的貓咪，我用貓條俘虜一衹小男貓，居然在我身上睡著了，總之，這裡是個很哇撒的地方。

我們七個人端午假期期間入住的10號院，兩個花園小院子連在一起，房間很乾凈，床墊子很舒服，裝飾很漂亮。院子前面有小河，有小橋，過去有各種休閑玩的鞦韆椅，蹦床。老闆給提供燒烤爐子，就在小院子裏燒烤，我們在懷柔農發採購食材，裏面什麼都有，調味料一次性碟子筷子等等，各種串串有直接串好的，海鮮水果肉蔬菜全都，非常方便，回來自己燒烤，比這外面的好吃。民宿這家就有餐廳，好像是魚鍋，旁邊還有很多餐廳，吃飯方便，路邊還有賣水果的。
我們第二天去慕田峪長城，這邊過去十幾分鍾，非常方便。

客棧的老闆和服務人員都非常熱情，吃得好，大鍋魚一定是不二之選，住得更是安靜舒適，對寵物很友好，老闆家的貓咪太可愛了。早晨可以帶狗子去慄花溪谷晨走，感覺太棒啦。下次要試試老闆家的其他小院。

十月的最後一週，帶家人長輩去懷柔看紅葉，找到了評價很高的慕田峪庭築民宿，入住感覺確實貨真價實。評價可信。我們入住的是10號民宿，4個人，兩間連排平房，這樣每人一個大床非常舒服，小院跟其他小屋都是分開的，非常安靜，兩進院，互不幹擾。小院看着簡單，但到處都是老闆獨具匠心的設計。主要是非常乾淨，床品也舒服，衞生間也夠大，熱水器，電視空調，燒水壺一應俱全。外面的小院夏天可以納涼，這個天有點冷了，如果燒烤也不錯，可惜行程太趕，沒來得及，下次試試。老闆貼心的在出發前推薦了周邊的景點和美食。考慮周到，服務貼心。晚上會有臭大姐，但是飯店小哥還幫着處理了，晚上注意要開了熱風和燈少開門。早餐要預訂，有小米粥和鹹菜，烙大餅。正餐可以直接在老闆家開的若水院吃鐵鍋魚，懷柔特色，可以少放點鹽，就非常鮮，總之都非常不錯👍

The room was small, smelly, dirty, loud and inconvenient. No power plug to charge the phone, insects in the room, the bathroom was totally dirty and smelled like pee. No recommendation. Far overpriced. Request for refund was rejected by the property.
