Great location and short walk to metro station. A lot of food next door and the apartment is great with nice view.

Apartment is spacious and clean. Location is good, metro within walking distance, supermarket and food stalls just beside the building.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. It is closed to eateries and a supermarket. Please take note of the closing times. It is also closed to Metro or subway station, although we took cab (didi) more than the Metro. The apartment has baggage storage service as my flight was much later than the checkout time. The staff are helpful, kind and courteous. Would come back to this apartment in future.

Perfect accommodation for family vacation, easy to get around with didi transport and there are free mineral bottled water for each guest everyday. There is washing machine and washing powder upon request for free use. Perfect place to do stay if you want to wash your laundry and go back with clean clothes as there are drying rack at the balcony with plenty of cloth hangers to use. This is a surprisingly good venue and I will book again in future!

We previously stay for 2 nights and leave our luggage here for a day before returning the following day. When we check in (usually should only take 30 mins or less for 6 foreigners... This place took waaayyy too long!), they were asking us how did we get here and our itinerary. So after staying at different hotels and accommodation during our china holiday (6 different ones), this was our second to last accommodation. So we know what questions they ask etc. But with this accommodation, they were asking what was the vehicle plate that took you here, we need a photo of your itinerary of where you've been etc etc... What was this about?! They are literally wanting to see your private detail!! No other china accommodation ever ask this expect them. Furthermore, it not like we did not stay here before, we are just returning the following day as we went to another city to stay a night. Asking all these information and private information is just not right and pretty useless in my view. You basically take 3x longer to check in, and what does a Didi car that took you here and wanting to know their vehicle plate need to do with our stay!! Come on guys you need to think if this is useful information for a customer that stay here?! And their previous hotels etc?! What are you guys trying to achieve here? Lastly when we check out, the person that check us out, wanted me to give them 5 stars and to see that I have done that before saying he will give me 2 free water?! I told him I only give honest review, and to bribe someone for free water?! That's just pretty low.

Fantastic listing , good location whereby can access Metro Lines , Mall and food market. Excellent service provided by the concierge staff.

The front desk staff are always helpful. When we had problems with DiDi, a female staff used her own account to book the taxi and told me to just pay her back the amount the next day as the fare is not final till the end of the journey. They are generally so helpful that is important for visitors to China trying to figure out the system. The apartment is large and definitely sufficient for our family of 4 (couple with 2 teenage children). Heater in the bathroom takes a while to heat up but once it does you get hot water with very good pressure. Apartment is value for money. Its a short walk to the subway station but taxi is so convenient and very well priced that its not necessary to take subway.

The apartment was near store and food store than supermarket. It has only one problem. The Air conditioner is not cleanly

We really like the apartment, would be here next time as well!

Not bad. Room is a bit old but overall ok. Value for money.
