First the good sides, - they provided fruit plate as per picture every day - I was given one free breakfast. - The room inside was clean Now the negatives - - the check in process was slow and communication was an issue so i had to use translator before one guy (looked like from hotel) helped me answer a few questions. - wifi info or breakfast location or timing was not given - the hallway was dusty from renovation works down the hall and dirty (covered in dust) in all over the places. - when requested they could not provide universal adapter so i can charge by phone nor they told me where i can buy one. Finally they directed me to the store in the next building which was not helpful. - For the price it was not worth it. i could have stayed in a very good hotel for the same or slightly more price. - The fruit plate was good but could have been lot better based on the online pictures. - Trip. com should investigate further on the quality of the services provided by this hotel and downgrade it so that customers like us do not walk in expecting better services. Instead of getting 4 diamond it should max 2 diamond in trip.com website. and i say that after travelling to china more than 7 times in the last 18 months. i usually book through ********** but booked here first time since it showed more hotels for this location to attend the CWP2024 conference.

Fair for the price not much else. Far cry from 4star hotel standards as was listed on trip, perhaps on par with 2 star motel

We were attending a convention at the Convention Centre so for us the location was good. Close both to the centre and the MRT. Outside of that, there is not much around. It was reasonably clean without being outstanding. The staff tried hard, The breakfast was plentiful but a bit on the bland side. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ok. A nice choice for those entering the convention.

Good hotel. Spacious rooms. Just missing a free shuttle bus to the hotel.

Except for the location which is close to china exhibition centre, everything about this hotel is very bad. The service is very bad. The breakfast is terrible, the corridors are smelling of cigarettes, the room is smelling cigarettes, the linen is smelling cigarettes, the floor is washed but not cleaned so there is lot of water and one walks he can slip and fall away, the best hotel TO AVOID COMPLETELY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND OR BOOK THIS HOTEL . There are so many good hotels in China, why can not these peoiple learn. The front desk staff are VERY VERY GOOD NAD VERY VERY HOSPITABLE AND SUPPORTING. BUT THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, THE CLEANING STAFF AS WELL AS THE BREAKFAST ARRANGEMENT IS TERRIBLE.

Great Service, well-located but the facilities and cleanliness are not good. This is not such a 4-star hotel.

The major issue is the smell of the room. Looks like the apartment is finished with the renovation recently and the smell of chemicals was far too strong than acceptable.

To put it mildly, the hotel is a maximum of 1.5 stars. If you came to the expo center, then for the sake of work you can survive there, a couple of days. The rooms are run-down, as is the hotel itself. Breakfasts are nothing special. If for tourism, then choose other places. For work, the location is not far from the airport, not far from the expo center.
