Because the reserved room type did not match the bed type in the remarks, there was no matching room type. In order to ensure the quality of service, we returned the reservation at 9:27 on the same day. The cancellation record was immediately displayed on the backend of the third-party Ctrip website, but the information transmission between the third-party Ctrip website and the trip.com you used may not be timely, and may cause you not to receive the notification of the cancellation of this reservation in time, causing you to doubt the cancellation of the reservation, but the hotel is indeed unable to participate in or control the transmission process. When you arrived at the hotel to check in at 14:50 on October 2, we informed you of the situation and actively assisted you in completing the new check-in procedures. We fully understand your inconvenience at the time and have promptly reported the problem to the Ctrip website.
