This is an amazing hotel in central Beijing. Near everything good. If you have a short stay or even a week. The whole hotel smelled better than most 5 star hotels. The free coffee at reception was cherry on top. I hope to come again soon

my room was at the basement, so was kind of inconvenient to use phone as there was no signal, however, everything was great!!

Walking distance from the subway, very close to tiananmen square and other important attractions. Room is very clean and they provide free snacks.

Comfortable stay overall with some snacks provided. Location was good and bad. Good as in close to main location but navigation is a bit tricky.

The shampoo and body wash scent most liked! The bed mattress was thick and enjoyable sleep with kids. We need to walk to the road about 3 mins.

Uncomfortable area, no one spoke English, inspection of luggage upon arrival, staff didn’t even acknowledge my presence when I walked in/out of the hotel unless I went over to speak to them directly. 20 mins away from Line2 subway, 1hr walk from Forbidden City, which is why location isn’t getting a 1 but instead a 2. Not nice at all to walk around in the evening by yourself in the area. Would not recommend. The room itself was fine.

It was great experience with Piao Hotel Inn, they are so helpful. Subway is near also. You can book this hotel.

A comfortable stay, the hotel is very neat and clean. Good location. Great customer service. Would have liked an option for higher pillows and a hanging shower caddy would have helped a lot with placing shower items. I found it pretty annoying to constantly reach out of the shower for things. Very thankful to the staff for their service.
