The hotel look so grand from outside but it’s quite hard to find the counter service. The family room is very big and spacious, probably the biggest I’ve ever seen. There are many restaurants and shops outside the hotel.

We had a free upgrade. The room is quite big and clean. We like the bathroom as it's almost the same size as the room. We ended up using the bathroom a lot since it's very spacious

Hotel is SUPER rundown. I guess is totally family run, the staffs are NOT wearing any uniform at all. i strongly believed it must have been a very grand hotel 30 years back. Now is very worn out, the hotel lobby is HUGE but dim. beautiful crystal lights full of dust. There are 2 buildings, i was given tower East. that building is under-going some renovation. Dusty. HOtel has a Chinese restaurant which only opens for Lunch & Dinner. HOtel does not serve breakfast. Only best best point is room is really big, but again is very dim and run-down. big bathroom with bath tub. There is a crack + a 4cm hole on the bathroom flooring door and at the vanity top cupboard. Doubt there is any facilities. Front desk does not bother to even to even remind me what time to check out. When i request for clean + non smoking room, the front desk mentioned, Smoking is prohibited within the Hotel compound. Guess what - the security guard is the one smoking at the East tower building. Bad sound proofing too. can hear families opening door, slamming doors, shouting across the walkway. to me - only 2 PLUS points Location of hotel is acceptable. less than 700m to the nearest ZhuShiKou station. also near to walking street - Qianmen. Room size is really big.

Great facilities, staffs and location. Highly recommend for travellers in Beijing.

Hotel rooms are big and comfortable, but everything looks worn out. Needs renovation urgently. West building entrance is poorly maintained. Staff barely speaks English, but very helpful. Perfect location, close to metro and railway station is 20 minutes away.

I will believe that before Covid, this is a pretty good and big hotel. Now every amenities of the hotel are not available. It feels like the average 2-3 stars hotel. Sorry.

I came with my friends and found a place that could accommodate 4 people, and it was great. The location is excellent (close to major attractions) and the facilities are comfortable. Compared to locals, the staff speaks some English. The restaurants nearby are also good. I would definitely recommend it if 3-4 people are traveling to Beijing. They also store luggage for free and allow early check-in without additional charge.

It is very close to Zhushikou subway station, and it takes only a few minutes to walk from Exit C. It is very convenient to go to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, Drum Tower and other city attractions. The hotel room is quite large, the bed is also large, and it is clean and hygienic. The room has a shower and a large bathtub. The front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is actually quite rich, basically everything you need, and the taste is also good. The price-performance ratio is really very high, and it is an accommodation experience that far exceeds expectations.

When you enter the entrance as 金霖酒店北1門, it is closest to the lobby. The lobby is much smaller than you think, and the breakfast restaurant is right next to the lobby, but it doesn't seem like there's much to eat. The staff is friendly, and if you order delivery, a robot will deliver it to your door. The delivery address is written on the elevator, so you can refer to it. Overall, the facilities are old, but the room was large, which was nice (the bathroom is huge). There's nothing special to eat around here, but you can get delivery. The location is not bad because there is a specialized college in front of Cheondan in the back.

There are many snack bars, breakfast shops, Sichuan restaurants, 7-11 convenience stores, and noodle shops at the door. The hotel has a great location, with a subway station at the door. You can park for free when you drive, there is a buffet breakfast, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic, and the hotel facilities are very new and complete.

The room is very clean. I am a person with mysophobia. The room is very large, the bed is also a king-size bed, and each room has two large windows. The environment is good and the facilities are new. The nearby hotels are incomparable. The cost performance is very high. I highly recommend it

We stayed in the family room for several days in a row. The room is really spacious, enough for a family of 6. We are very satisfied and will stay here again when we come to Beijing in the future. The front desk service attitude is very good. They will greet us with a smile every time they see us. The subway is right at the door, which is very convenient.
