Excellent and energetic staff. I don't speak Chinese however I didn't not have any challenge in communication with the staff. One staff gave me.tour of moon temple

A very traditional room with Chinese furniture. Breakfast is good enough served 7-9 am. Check in is good with friendly receptions. I managed to arrange for a visit to the nuce backyard and the reception is courtesy enough to show us around. Water is replenished daily. Toilet is clean but no amenities were provided by default. You will require to request it from the front desk. Room floor may need to be clean as it felt a bit dusty but slippers were provided. Too bad when we were there, the front entrance is under renovation which is a bit troublesome to get into the hotel with security keep on approaching us at the side entrance. May try the courtyard room next time.

This hotel has a very beautiful back court yard, which requires the hotel person to guide you to visit. We checked in around 4 am in the morning. The front desk lady is very helpful. Friday was a raining day. We didn’t get to visit in the morning. In the afternoon, the front desk gentleman showed us the three sets of court yards. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Thank him to make us think of book this hotel next time when we are back.

I stayed there for a weekend, was very quiet to sleep, and comfortable. With translation apps was possible to communicate with the staff who were helpful at all times. Wifi in the room was somewhat connected, you need a Chinese phone number to use it. Bus stops few meters apart and the metro 15-20mins walk. Restaurants also similar walking distance

Easy to find , traditionally furnished hotel. The location s very good, safe area from which it is easy to walk to do touristy things. We did not opt for breakfast as keeping our own hours and eating out. Experienced no problems; I would stay there again.

If you love traditional Chinese furnishings with wood floors and furniture you’ll love this place. We love their location since it is convenient to walk or take bus, subway to many places if you like to walk and explore…they also offer moon cake and local seasonal fruit free on moon festival day.

I arrived at midnight and the guy at the reception was not very friendly.

Hotel is located in a charming area and has modern facilities, while still boasting a traditional feel. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel that's a little difficult to find without a bit of help... Thankfully a kind lesson helped my parents to find the place. The hotel itself was wonderful with a lovely and delicious breakfast! The hotel is well located to reach trains and buses to get around this lovely city. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and friendly.

Tibet Office in Beijing, the facilities and environment are very good. You need to swipe the room card from the lobby to the room, which is very safe. There was a problem with the TV in the room, and the maintenance master arrived in a few minutes and repaired it to eliminate the fault. It is professional 👍🏻 and can basically be my designated hotel. I am satisfied!

I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the lobby. The room was Chinese style, clean and tidy. The service staff was polite and sent fruit and purified water. The service was warm and convenient to tourist attractions. It is the preferred hotel in Xicheng.

I chose to stay in this hotel during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and it turned out to be the right choice. Even though I lived on the first floor, it was better than I thought. It was quiet and there were no mosquito bites. The room was clean and hygienic. It was also convenient to go to the major attractions around, but it was not very convenient to get there by subway. It was a bit far to walk. There is a restaurant downstairs. I missed lunch time because of visiting Prince Gong's Mansion, so I stayed for dinner. The wait was worth it. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was acceptable. I would like to give special praise to Wang Chunxiao from the housekeeping department for his detailed explanation during the tour experience of Prince Chun's ancestral temple. The tour project was also one of the reasons why I chose to stay here, so I watched it slowly. Wang Chunxiao waited very patiently on the side, without urging or being impatient. I am very grateful to him.
