Great staff. One of the members of hotel staff helped me book a ticket to the military museum when I was having an issue. Room is a little worn, but perfectly fine for the price, and is clean. I would come here again for the staff, location, and good value 👍

The worst hotel I've stayed in Beijing. The room was dirty and shabby, with a lot of stains on the floor and walls. The bed sheets were also stained, and the sound insulation was very, very poor. There were often strange noises in the corridor until midnight, and I was woken up many times by the noises from the neighbors/other locations during my sleep. Apart from the good attitude of the staff, there was no advantage.

The experience was very good, the heating was sufficient, there were small biscuits in the room, and they promised to replenish them when we finished eating. The front desk was very nice, thumbs up! The atmosphere of the coffee shop downstairs in the hotel is also very good

The front desk was very welcoming. Maybe it was off-season and they upgraded our room (you can see the scenery outside). The room was bigger than expected. There was a TV but I didn't use it.

The room is well heated and not cold even without air conditioning in winter. It is very close to the bus and not far from the attractions, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. I have stayed at James Joyce Coffetel in other places before. The overall feeling is that it is very stable and there are no mistakes. The room is clean and cleaned regularly. The front desk is also friendly and good at communication. If there is any fault, it may be that you have to walk a little distance to take the subway, but the bus is convenient.
