Great staff. One of the members of hotel staff helped me book a ticket to the military museum when I was having an issue. Room is a little worn, but perfectly fine for the price, and is clean. I would come here again for the staff, location, and good value 👍

The guy at the front desk upgraded me to a 1.3-meter bed for free. The coffee shop in the lobby is great. I chatted with friends until the early morning without going out to find a bar. It is one kilometer away from the Temple of Heaven. I rode a bicycle for a walk in the morning. It was very nice.

The front desk service was very good. They upgraded us to a room with windows. My husband accidentally cut his beard, and they gave him a lot of bandaids and iodine. There are free books downstairs. I read 4 books. It was very quiet at night.

The worst hotel I've stayed in Beijing. The room was dirty and shabby, with a lot of stains on the floor and walls. The bed sheets were also stained, and the sound insulation was very, very poor.
