酒店晚上沒有熱水，家庭9人出遊，開了四間房間，入住四天，四天沒有正常熱水！第一天酒店人員衹告知：熱水不正常！並沒有主動給出解決方案。強烈要求下，才開了另外一間有熱水的給我們洗澡。接下來三天，都沒有主動告知、幫忙解決，我們忍住沒有洗澡，只有第1、2天早上有熱水，其餘晚上、早上都是涼水！！！最氣憤的是，最終都沒有給出令人滿意的賠償、安撫方案！其他環境、衞生都好。

家人們誰懂啊！這次入住酒店被小婷狠狠拿捏了！辦理入住的時候，她手腳麻利，效率超高，而且完全get到我的需求，給我推薦的房間超合適。入住後她還一直關注着我的情況，有什麼問題都能及時解決，這種被重視的感覺真的太暖了，必須狠狠誇一波！
