Although I couldn’t grab a Loft bath and watch the Great Wall during the festival, I was lucky enough to take photos and look forward to experiencing it myself next holiday. The room I stayed in was equally satisfactory, equipped with facilities such as mahjong machine, Dyson hair dryer, spacious two-meter two-bed and large projection. Also, you can enjoy a 20% discount on dining here. What surprised me was that all the accessories in the room were imported from Thailand, which made people feel a different exotic style. What makes me most happy is that Ahantai Restaurant also has a large spacious garden with two cute alpacas called Dundun and Dodo. My daughter has been interacting with them for a long time and has a great time. In addition, there is a big black dog named Big Black accompanied us, making people feel warm and safe. I heard that in summer there are a few Cole ducks in the river, but unfortunately they are now arranged in a warm shed to protect them from freezing. I am sorry to see them next time. There is a bit of wild luxury aesthetics, which is in line with the tone of the mountain. The details of hygiene are still in place as always. The details of the hot spring are also in place. The butler service at the front desk is also very considerate. He keeps greeting people when coming in and out. There is also the boss’s new kitten at the front desk. It is really cute. It was a bit cloudy when we went out and we were afraid of rain. The butler also gave us an umbrella and extra clothes. The overall feeling of staying in is two words: comfortable. It was very pleasant to enjoy the morning sunshine in the mountains on the second day.

It is close to the high-speed rail station and the upper and lower city cable cars, which is great. There are swings in the yard, which the children like very much. There are indeed bugs in the mountains, but not many. You need to pay a little attention when entering the bathroom and just swat the small bugs to death. The design of the bathroom drainage is unreasonable. After taking a shower, the water flows all over the bathroom. It is recommended to add a water barrier even if there is no shower room. Otherwise, the whole bathroom will be full of water the next day after taking a shower. You have to be careful every time you go in. The room is not soundproof. Some people go to bed at 12 o'clock and get up at 4 o'clock. They can hear it clearly, but this is the characteristic of the yard. People with light sleep should consider it carefully.

The location is perfect if you wanna visit the Badaling Great Wall. Water pressure is awesome, the bed is comfortable. Paid additional 18 yuan for the classic Chinese breakfast. General impression is good.

The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The environment of the B&B is very good. Even though it is winter, you can still pet the cat indoors. I believe the scenery will be more beautiful in spring and summer. The proprietress and waiters are warm and considerate, and their restaurant is surprisingly delicious. I will definitely come back next time.
