The reception desk is very helpful. They cannot speak English but the Google translation will help you instead. The hotel has no elevators. The hotel has 2 floors but you don't have to carry your luggage by yourself. The room is quite small and about 80% sound proof sometimes you can hear a noise from outside. The bathroom is very small the toilet and shower area of the same area. By overall i will rate about 3.5/5
