The most considerate hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless and the bedding was as comfortable as sleeping on a cloud. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, there was free parking, it was close to the subway station, and the breakfast was super rich. I must recommend it!

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the window was large, and the overall comfort of the room was truly wonderful. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, especially since I was traveling with two kids, and they provided heartfelt service every time we needed laundry done. The breakfast was unforgettable—it was a Chinese-style breakfast, and the taste was delightful.

I'm used to small rooms and all that. Honestly the place wasn't bad BUT there was the smell of cigarettes that would not disappear my entire stay. I only stayed one night so I was like ”whatever, I'm leaving tomorrow anyways” but if I was staying longer I would have asked for a new room. It was strong enough that it made me uncomfortable and I slept with the sheets and a towering covering my head (lol). I had a small window facing 2 other rooms/windows (lol). I would try keeping it open and the smell wouldn't change. I also tried turning the AC on to blow away the smell (hopefully), but that didn't work either. Also walls are thin and you can hear other people talking, but I'm not a light sleeper so it didn't bother me. Front desk was normal and chill people. Location was close to where I wanted to be (close to POP LAND HAHAHHA) and in between 2 stations.
