The service of a few little beauties at the front desk is particularly good, meticulous and gentle. If the boss can you see the evaluation, give them a few chicken legs, okay? ! The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. It is the best experience in the hotel I have ever stayed in Beijing. I have been a hotel for seven days many times. The environment is good, the service is very good, the room has a big mousse mattress, it is too convenient for many people to like a bed that is too hard. The cleaning aunt even helped to fold the clothes on the stool. The clothes were also delicious every morning. It was also very close to the mall Joy Spring breeze. It was only a 7-minute walk away. The location is quite good. The manager even called me specially. I roughly know why he called me, but I gave him a few suggestions and he was too embarrassed to ask me for what he wanted. I don't know if they have modified my suggestions, but I think of this at the beginning of 2024. I still wish him success. Giving a good review is my goodwill, but the hygiene really needs to be improved. Go, go, go.

This hotel is very modern. The space is large. The environment is good. The sanitation is very clean. Every day, people clean it. At that time, the special room was booked. After going there, the proprietress was afraid that we could not live and gave us a free upgrade. The people were really good and helped us get takeaway. I will choose this one next time. It's close to the subway. The service of the female receptionist at the front desk is okay. Others are average, the environment is average, the hygiene is average, the smell is not very good, the facilities are old, the transportation is convenient, the price is relatively affordable, if you have money, you can change to another hotel If you want to save money, you can stay here. I booked it for 3 days. I basically stayed there during the day and slept at night. It was okay. There are windows, but they are blocked by bars and the light is not very good. Friends who want to stay here can stay here. I just took a picture of the lobby and nothing else. This type of hotel is similar. There is a boutique hotel not far next door. The environment is much better and the price is relatively expensive. After staying for one night, the overall feeling of this hotel is average. The cleaning lady is very good and the two female waitresses at the front desk are very nice. , these two give good reviews.

I stayed at this hotel when I took my kids to Beijing for 5 days and 4 nights! After making various comparisons before booking the hotel, I found that the rating on Kan.com was very high. I thought about booking it for 3 nights. The experience was so great that I automatically extended my stay for the last night. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The morning sunlight fills the room, driving away the fatigue and anxiety of travel. The thoughtful night light design makes me, who is timid and mysophobic, feel warmer. It is worth mentioning that right next door is the Jinfeng Restaurant, which is extremely cost-effective and has a great environment, making check-in even more convenient! I’ll stay at her house next time I travel!

AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Manxin Hotel. The room was very clean, although we did not need much help from the staff, everyone was very friendly and kind.
The location is amazing - walking distance to the center attractions (Forbidden City, National Museum, Tiananmen Square). Everything else you can reach by using Metro. The station is located within walking distance from the hotel. There are loads of food and shopping options at Wangfujing street, there is a food market at the metro station, as well as Beijing apm mall which we used a lot for food.
Great value, amazing location, we will be coming back!

JJulian PeensThis is a beautiful hotel situated in the mountainous region of Beijing. The surroundings and view from the hotel are breathtaking at sunset and weather was extremely good during our stay.
STAFF
The staff were amount the most helpful and friendly that I have encountered in China thus far and I have been here more than five years and traveled to many destinations. They do not speak English but are very ready to use a translation APP or WeChat to communicate. The staff are very accommodating and even took special requests regarding the menu.
FOOD
The food was very well prepared and tasted delicious. Their menu unfortunately does not have pictures and the translations may be tricky if you are not particularly familiar with Chinese cuisine. Nevertheless, the food that we at was fresh, tasty and of high quality. We were able to BBQ by ourselves by reserving it a day in advance. The staff will also help you BBQ if needed.
LOCATION
The hotel is situated far from the city and a sense of comfort can be experienced knowing that you have left the hustle and bustle of the city behind. However, make sure all amenities and personal effects that you may need are with you as you cannot get same day delivery services. There were some construction vehicles which made noise occasionally in the area but I would suspect this is temporary and will soon pass.
ROOM
The rooms are beautiful and we experiences no dysfunctional amenities in the bedroom. The linen on the beds were crisp and clean, the room was clean upon arrival and daily cleaning is offered. Overall cleanliness was very good. The washroom area is stocked with a loofa, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, razor, hand towels, cups and reasonable space for personal toiletries too.
POOL AREA
The outdoor patio looks out onto the pool. The water was well maintained and some pool toys were provided by the hotel. The pool area could use some maintenance, for example, around the stairs there are a couple loose tiles on the stair face and some weeding around the footpath could be done. Other than this, the environment is completely mesmerising and leaves one completely relaxed. Calming music is played throughout the day at a low volume. At night, this area is well lit and the scenery beautiful.
BAR
The bar is well stocked with spirits but a slightly wider variety and maybe the addition of a drinks menu would definitely improve this.
ROOFTOP
The hotel has a rooftop deck perfect for sundowners and viewing the surrounding mountains. Tables and chairs are provided on the rooftop.

DdyhxMy first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. When ask them to help they also manage to help.

GGuest UserThis place is super convenient for family traveling with elderly and also toddler. It is well-equipped with washing and drying machine for laundry. The cooking hob & knob are provided too but there was no pots and pans provided in the unit for cooking. I didnt find out further if we are allowed to cook inside the unit but when i went to level B1 for coffees (free!) i saw there was anoher kitchen which is bigger that has pans and pots (but very limited, I only saw 1 pan). The plates provided in the unit are only 3 plates without any bowls, which is quite restricted when we dine in the unit by ordering food delivery. However, we managed it by using the food containers from our delivery. We did not approach the front desk to ask for more plates and bowls though. So i am not sure if they can provide.
The front receptionist who work during night time during our stay is more warm and friendly than the rest. There was a morning shift staff whom I have not met, but heard from my family, that she gave a cute keychain to my kid, which i feel is a very lovely gesture.
Having read that some taxis refused to drive into the hutong due to its small and narrow road has caused me concerns when i did the booking, but fortunately all the taxis we got managed to wait for us right outside our apartment. Meaning that all are willing to drive in.
There are bicycle returning spots right outside the apartment which makes it so convenient for us to return the bicycles we rented using the online platform.
Outside the hutong, there are shops like eateries which make it very convenient for us. We even took our brunch at ”men ji mi fan” which serves very good ”mi xian”(noodles) that i was looking forward to when i am visiting Beijing.
My kid and elderly mum really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. They even enjoy chatting with the lady who cleans our apartment as she is really friendly and warm. There are 2 bathrooms in our 2-bed unit which again makes it super convenient for us during our stay. My kid loves the apartment as if its her second home.
We like the coffee provided free at B1 as the fragrant is really as good as those at coffee shops. We visited B1 entertainment room for a few times and chill there for a short while. There is a pool table and a gym room right next to it.
The stay is very peaceful and quiet throughout our 1 week stay. Reception and security guard are there 24 hours. There is even a postage room that keeps all our online shopping parcels which makes it very convenient to shop.
I gave only 4/5 for facilities due to shortage of cooking utensils/bowls in our unit. But other than that, there is nothing else that is short of our expectations.

AAH 86I had a wonderful stay with my little one.
The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived and so patient when I had an issue checking in.
My daughter also took part in a cake decorating class during our stay and she thoroughly enjoyed.
The pool was quite large for hotels in Beijing, and the gym met needs.
Yael on the front desk, Andy for in room dining, Paolo and the team at Dacappo restaurant made our stay comfortable down to the last detail. The breakfast had enough choice, and the in-room dining portions were generous.
We will be recommending to friends, but will also come back again 😃

TTess BeijingVery dated for a 5* Hotel, especially the TV. Didn't feel like a 5* hotel compared to others we have stayed at in Beijing.
Highlight was the bath. The aircon did not work properly and was a very uncomfortable stay with it being too hot in the room.
Don't think we would stay again.

AAnonymous UserAircon didn't work, have to suffer in a stuffy environment for 3 days. Was told that the aircon system broke down for awhile and they didn't fix it. No daily clean up service provided, items in the room were not changed although cleaning was provided. No solution to the problem was provided by the hotel, had to do everything by yourself. Location was good 3 mins from the subway although entering the street can be troublesome as there is a security counter at the entrance of street and had to use passport to enter.
