This is the first time I stayed at the newly opened hotel. The front desk service attitude is good. The room is the Hilton Garden room, don't misunderstand it as Hilton. There is no swimming pool. I went to Tiantan Hospital to see a doctor. The hotel is close to the subway station and is very easy to find. It is also very close to the hospital. It is easy to access. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for me. Enough said! I have to go to the hospital to see a doctor in a few days to renew my registration!

My children are taking exams nearby, and the hotel is very close to the exam room, which is very convenient to save time. Their friendliness and willingness to help with travel tips, local recommendations, and any issues that arise make the stay very enjoyable. Atmosphere: The hostel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for backpackers. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers, share experiences, and make new friends. The lobby is beautiful and convenient, the room is clean, simple and comfortable, the lighting and ventilation are good, the bedding and pillows are clean, the shower head is of good quality, and the hot and cold water are excellent. I forgot to close the window when I went out for travel in the morning. After the wind started in the afternoon, I called the customer service and they immediately helped me close it. The takeaway items were placed at the front desk and were also delivered to the door of the room by the robot. Very nice and thankful! I will stay in your hotel again next time I visit relatives or travel in Beijing. If possible, it would be better to replace a high-speed hair dryer in each room. After all, domestic hair dryers are not too expensive.

Location is very good. Very near to Cauqiao subway station just use exit b cross the road and you would go to the hotel right away. Its a but far from center spots of Beijing 30-50 mins by train. The reception desk is very helpful. They cannot speak English but the Google translation will help you instead. The hotel has no elevators. The hotel has 2 floors but you don't have to carry your luggage by yourself. The room is quite small and about 80% sound proof sometimes you can hear a noise from outside. The bathroom is very small the toilet and shower area of the same area. By overall i will rate about 3.5/5

The hotel service is very good, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, the equipment and facilities are new, and I am very satisfied with staying here.

It was a very nice stay, room clean with amenities, comfy, and they let us in earlier, thing we appreciate a lot!! Just at the reception nobody speaks English and near by there is nothing to eat, restaurants, shops, stores, pharmacy, nothing at al.. but I recommend the place for sure. Thanks!!
