In general, this accommodation experience is very satisfactory. The hotel's service is enthusiastic, and the details show the true feelings. In particular, the blind box lottery of the little brother at the front desk added a lot of fun to my accommodation experience. The front desk service was very hospitable, helping me to call a taxi, informing the driver of my destination, providing attentive service, excellent room facilities, and a pleasant environment. Great stay, would definitely recommend 💯 A tiny suggestion would be to add little things to your service such as explain where breakfast is (for those who have it included) as well as explain how to get to your room. I was a first time guest at your hotel and didn't specifically know where things were located (had no problem finding them). The elevators were easy enough to find, but explaining where it is should still be something the people at the front desk does and as a guest you should not have to ask where breakfast is, it should automatically be told to you upon check-in. It will smooth things over with guests. Other than that, everything was perfect and I was super satisfied with it 😊

Nice hotel not too far from the center, friendly staff but who do not speak English but they will always be available to help by using translation. Every day they bring a roll of toilet paper and an extra bottle of water, you can also request the change of towels and makeover of the room. Overall a nice hotel

The hotel rooms have many styles. It is very convenient to travel with children. It is very close to Shuangjing Station of Metro Line 7 and has convenient transportation. There are also various restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is especially convenient for finding food at night. The clerk's service is warm and attentive, the price is affordable, the space in the room is not overwhelming, and there is also a professional robot to deliver items, which is really good~

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.

Room, amenities, and services are great. We got the standard queen size room however it’s comes with a window but facing to next building, hence there’s no sunlight coming in, picture are a bit misleading but overall is great. Location is not that convenient, everything is like 20mins ride away, but I must say the room and the services is great. Have a nice stay with them.

Spacious and clean. Staffs were friendly as well and it was very convenient to order delivery. They had a robot delivering your food. Gym was 24hrs, a definite plus. Only downside would be the location. Subway is 15-20 minutes away so I ended just taking a taxi everywhere I go.

There are many samples prepared in the hotel lobby, including disposable toilet covers, toilet water, glasses cloth, and alcohol wipes. 1 Bad: The brightness of the room is poor. It’s not that the lighting is bad but that the window is too small. I chose a location near the window. It's not an aisle window, but the window is small like a warehouse window. Let me show you a picture. With such a small window, it is still on the first floor, so the ventilation must be poor. Can it not be damp at the same time? It's too wet to sleep well, it feels very uncomfortable. 2 Poor: The room is in poor hygiene. There are women's hair under the bedside table, which has not been cleaned. There is half a sofa in the room, which has been dirty for a long time and is not very clean. 3 Poor: The soundproofing of the hotel is poor. We stayed in the back room. There were very few people living in the room on the first floor, so we slept well. However, this does not mean that the soundproofing is good. In the afternoon, the housekeeper was cleaning the door while I slept. I could hear it very clearly, just like I was in the room. The only thing I can honestly say is that there are a few pictures and I don’t like taking pictures very much. hope its good for U.S..
