We arrived at the Crowne Plaza in the afternoon, from the airport. As the valet took the bags out the car, I suddenly realised I had taken the wrong suitcase from the baggage claim. The manager on duty began our check-in and called over the director of Guest services, Alex Li. Alex was incredible! He immediately found the number of and called the airline for me. Realising my bag had been taken, he set out to organise an exchange for me, should the other person get hold of the airline. We continued checking in - getting a free upgrade due to my having an IHG membership, regardless of my zero points - and went to the family suite. The room was brilliant. We had 3 adults sharing the area, but the living room, 1 bathroom, 1 extra toilet and beds in separate areas allowed for privacy and space. It was clean and well organised, and the view from the 20th floor was good. We left for dinner downtown, during which I received a personal call from Alex. He had stayed in touch with the airline counter and had found my bag! He spoke with the other passenger and arranged a direct transfer, which he later assisted me with (translating, negotiation, etc.) I was very grateful to him for his kindness and above-and-beyond service. At breakfast at ‘The Market’, we received a warm welcome from all staff. Everyone’s English was very good and the service staff were friendly and polite. Our table was also quickly cleaned whenever a plate was finished; a nice change in China. The food was nice for a hotel breakfast, with many options, and we enjoyed it. We decided to try the set menu from the ‘The Market’ for dinner. For ¥158, we had focaccia starter and could choose 1-of-2 salads, 1-of-2 soups, 1 main (beef fillet, pizza varieties or pasta varieties) and a drink (cold drinks, juice, house wine). I had the Caesar salad, pumpkin soup, medium beef fillet and a glass of red wine. The wine was OK, but the food was excellent! The flavours were great and the fillet was cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly impressed, especially for a hotel meal. Overall, the quality of the hotel and its staff - especially Alex - was superb. I was so pleased to stay there, that I changed my booking to an IHG hotel for the next stop of our trip, too.

This is one of the hotels closest to the China-Japan Hospital and the North Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Therefore, the room supply is relatively tight. The room is not as big as shown in the picture. It is compact. The environment is newly renovated. The bathroom looks new, but during the day The beautiful waitresses at the front desk were too stiff. One stood silently, one guarded the elevator to prevent visitors from entering casually, and the other handled business seriously. She was stricter than the public security bureau! Thumbs up for your strictness! Help you apply for a salary increase with your boss! However, I personally think that girls can go to more official institutions. This kind of service industry is not suitable, haha

The hotel is quite small but very comfortable, I have a pleasant stay. Everything smell like orange! The security is very nice, you can’t go to another floor which is not your room. They provide orange as well! It is very near to some small restaurants, very nice place. Shaoyaoju station is just walking distance.

I have been there for three years due to COVID-19, and the mobile payment tool is invalid. I am very grateful to the service staff at the hotel counter. She helped me take a taxi to where I wanted to go and gave me detailed directions. In addition, I wanted to extend my time, and they were very enthusiastic to help. I am very grateful for their care, which makes me feel warm. Facilities: All the equipment is new, and there is a pleasant aroma of essential oils as soon as you enter the hotel!

Good things: 1. The hotel is relatively clean and new. It should have been newly renovated not long ago. 2. The room is relatively small, but it gives people a sense of security. 3. The University of International Business and Economics is nearby and there is a lot of food. It is about 800 meters away from the subway station. Areas for improvement: 1. The elevator is noisy. There should be some malfunction. Therefore, there is a lot of movement in the room next to the elevator. Please repair it as soon as possible. 2. If you like a larger room, choose a slightly larger room. 3. There are advantages and disadvantages to using scene mode panels to replace traditional light switches and bed curtain switches. Although it is smart, for example, if you only want to turn on the bedside lamp, or if you want to open the curtains while sleeping, it is more difficult. Done.

The room is spacious, the facilities are good, the service is good, but it is far from the city, such as Tiananmen Palace, etc. It takes about 1 hour by subway to go out. The breakfast is not very good, there are not many choices, the steamed buns are cold, not heated continuously, the toast is also cold, there is no toaster, and basically everything you can eat outside is cold. There are only freshly cooked noodles and wonton stew.

The room service staff and the reception team were really nice to me. I asked for a room without a window, but they upgraded me to a room with a window for free. The room might be small for two people, but as a solo traveler, it was no problem for me.

The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.
