The grounds are clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail in every corner. A stroll through the grounds is relaxing and enjoyable at every turn. The service was the most surprising and delightful surprise. It was attentive and efficient, with warm support throughout. We communicated our needs in advance, and the response was incredibly fast. Any issues we raised were resolved immediately without delay. Even more surprisingly, the front desk proactively upgraded our room to a spacious suite free of charge. The suite was incredibly large, with smart home controls throughout and a private terrace – excellent value for money! The staff were warm and attentive, providing efficient check-in, proactively helping with luggage, offering information on nearby attractions, and providing thoughtful services such as beachcombing tools and airport/train station pick-up and drop-off. The rooms were clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable linens, and complimentary drinks and snacks in the minibar, making for an excellent stay.
