Convenient location. Easy access to the beach. But our balcony door was locked, we couldn’t use it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especial thanks to 秦. The rooms are big and clean but old. The beach is beautiful but not exclusive to the hotel so it's very crowded. Nice stay overall.

It’s a beautiful jewel hidden on the mountains of Beihai. Was there with daughter and friends from the first time we said hello to the ladies at the reception we knew we were home away from home. Staff is excellent and was very understanding of our needs. Kobe and his team (Monica and everyone) treated us with such grace as a result we felt welcomed and truly at home. The views are beautiful, beach and pool just perfect. Thank you Beihai Guanling Resort (mountain villa) for making our stay a memorable one. Definitely will see you soon!

The executive sea view room I stayed in in Building 6 doesn't seem to match the room name. In fact, an ordinary room type is just fine. The hotel service is excellent. The shuttle bus comes with just a phone call, and you may have to wait for more than ten to twenty minutes during holidays. There are two beaches. The water at the beach in Building 234 is particularly clear, and the beach in Building 10, which is a celebrity check-in spot, is particularly lively.

I will stay here again next time. It's quiet, nice, the sea view is great, the swimming pool is great, and I feel it's more cost-effective than the Sheraton next door.

I have been to Guanling Villa many times. I was attracted by its quiet private beach without crowds. After this visit, the beach of Building 10 was really surprising. It was as crowded as Silver Beach. Later I found out that it became a popular check-in spot after the beach bar was built. Everyone can ride electric bikes and walk here to take photos and check in. To be honest, I am a little disappointed. But for the sake of economic development, it is understandable. The breakfast is also much worse than before. The coffee has changed from freshly ground coffee beans to instant coffee, and it is very light. There are also fewer dishes😵 Overall, the experience is much worse than before... I can consider changing places in the future

The hot water in the room was broken on the last day, and the front desk took the initiative to change it to a larger room, which was also cleaner. Facilities: Superb, with an infinity pool, a gym, and a balcony. The old building has a desktop air conditioner, and the new building has a central air conditioner, and the decoration is very beautiful Environment: Walking distance to the beach. Building 10 is very close to the beach, but there are more people. Building 1 is very high, very quiet, and can also go down to another beach, which is less crowded and has a very good view.

I stayed here when it was newly opened, but I never thought that it would change so much in ten years. Let me start with the good: the hotel is located on Guanling Mountain, the lung of the North Sea, surrounded by green trees, facing the sea in spring, and the environment is excellent. The hotel is a manor-style small building with exquisite and unique structure, spacious rooms, high ceilings, no sense of oppression, and a large balcony outdoors, where it is very pleasant to watch the mountains and the sea and bask in the sun. Disadvantages: The room facilities lack maintenance, the wallpaper is bulging and has black spots, and it feels very shabby. The balcony wooden floor is old and rotten, and has not been updated and maintained in time. The balcony door is also seriously deformed and difficult to close. The building has a closed lobby management, but there is no welcome service and no ventilation. After entering, a moldy smell is pervasive and it is very unpleasant. Five-star location, five-star framework, five-star room rate, but there is no five-star service and five-star quality, which needs to be improved.

The room facilities are complete. We stayed very comfortably and the scenery is excellent. We can see the sea horizon directly. In addition, the beach here is quieter than other places. There is nothing unsatisfactory about the whole food, accommodation and travel. In particular, the hotel service is very good.

The hotel thoughtfully upgraded the room. I stayed in Building 7. The environment was quiet and comfortable. The sanitary conditions were very good in all aspects. The hotel service staff were very considerate and thoughtful. It is suitable for a parent-child vacation and the experience is very comfortable.

It's as beautiful as before, no, it's better than before. The room rate is great value in the off-season. It's more than a star cheaper than Sheraton. Although the facilities are a little older than before, they are still neat and clean. The service attitude is very good, and the cost performance is super high. Moreover, this new beach that never sets has been added. You can directly reach it from Building 10. It's absolutely beautiful! Everything is great value.

The room is old, the decoration style is not uniform, and the wall paint fell on the pillow. I was speechless. The attitude of the front desk staff needs to be improved. When I asked, they just pretended not to hear. The attitude of the breakfast restaurant waiter needs to be improved. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock (I heard the front desk and other guests say it starts at 7 o'clock when I checked in the day before). We arrived at 7:30, and the two waiters kept repeating to us that it didn't start and there was nothing to eat. How could it start at 7 o'clock? How could it start at 7 o'clock? It's impossible. Even if I arrived early, couldn't I wait in the restaurant until it started? I don't understand whether I came to spend money or to be angry. There was a good male staff member at the front desk. He suggested that we were a little concerned about the negative first floor when traveling with the elderly, and he took the initiative to change us to a room on the first floor. I hope they can learn more from this male staff member. During this period, we called the front desk to ask a female staff member who answered the phone and her tone was also quite impatient.
