Beihai Hotels with Gym

We are traveling as a couple this time, and we specially chose the Shangri-La Hotel, Beihai to stay in a sea view room from September 9th to 13th. The facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are good, and the environment is very good. Put down your luggage, take a rest, and then walk from east to west on the sea plank road, take a walk to the sea, and feel very happy. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class. Whether it is management personnel or general employees, including doormen, they all greet you with smiles and whisper greetings when they come in and out. We went to the Chinese restaurant and the buffet restaurant for dinner twice, with rich dishes, excellent cooking, and thoughtful service. Especially the buffet breakfast, it is a visual and taste enjoyment. There was a girl with long braids who was very enthusiastic to see us and called us ”grandparents”, which made us feel very cordial. When we learned that our return flight was relatively early, we also prepared fruits and sandwiches for us to take to the airport to eat while waiting for the flight. Beihai Shangri-La Hotel is the sixth hotel we have stayed in over the years. We have to admit that the management level of Shangri-La Hotel Management Group is consistent and always online.

Great hotel. Great amenities. Great food. Great location. We're on a time without too much people so we enjoyed the whole inside swimming pool for us, fabulous time there. You pay more at this hotel but you receive a great experience.

You can lie down on the sofa next to it and read comfortably while waiting The gym is next to the laundry room. There is a strength area, yoga area, elliptical machine, treadmill, and cycling area. The overall layout is reasonable and there is no odor. I went to the gym while washing clothes. It was very comfortable to run until I sweated The free breakfast has a wide variety of bread, cake, coffee, milk, yogurt; noodles, noodles, various toppings, various stir-fried dishes, pastries; rice porridge, millet porridge, pumpkin porridge The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. There is also a painting and reading space for children. There is also a terrace outside 👍👍 The dessert shop at the entrance of the hotel is also delicious😋

We generally liked this hotel and stayed for 4 nights while in Beihai. The rooms are very spacious with bathtubs and other good amenities. They are also very clean, and the hotel also offers a good breakfast. The only issue was that it's winter and the rooms were cold. They would not heat up no matter what, and I had to use two comforters from two separate beds together to be warm at night. That was the only problem, but otherwise everything was good. The location is also very convenient.

Hygiene: The room is clean, the public area, the garden, and the parking lot are all good. Environment: The twin room I booked is completely suitable for two adults and two children. The room is arranged on the 26th floor. The view is good. The price did not increase much during the Spring Festival. It is very cost-effective. The plank road is just outside the window. It is very pleasant to walk at night. You can also walk to the old street. There are also dessert shops around. It is also very prosperous. Overall, it is quite good. The hotel has its own garden and beach. Various facilities are also available. Peacock feeding check-in in the back garden: The peacock does not eat the food given by the front desk, haha

It was my first time to come to this hotel. I had a good impression. The price/performance ratio was very high and very affordable. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very close to the seaside. Xiao Li at the front desk was very kind and friendly and the service was excellent. I will choose here again next time.

Traveling with two children, the location is very close to the passenger port. Thank you to Xiao Zhang from the reservation department for upgrading the room. The check-in was quick and the room was clean. There were fresh fruits in the room every day and many extra bottles of water were given every day. I have eaten breakfast, Chinese food, and buffet in the hotel. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The Chinese food is plentiful and reasonably priced, but the waiters in the Chinese restaurant are not as enthusiastic as the front desk and appear to be slack. The buffet is okay. The good food stall on the left side of the north gate of the hotel is good, and it feels better than the internet celebrity restaurant Yuexiang Kitchen in Qiaogang Fengqing Street.

I stayed here when it was newly opened, but I never thought that it would change so much in ten years. Let me start with the good: the hotel is located on Guanling Mountain, the lung of the North Sea, surrounded by green trees, facing the sea in spring, and the environment is excellent. The hotel is a manor-style small building with exquisite and unique structure, spacious rooms, high ceilings, no sense of oppression, and a large balcony outdoors, where it is very pleasant to watch the mountains and the sea and bask in the sun. Disadvantages: The room facilities lack maintenance, the wallpaper is bulging and has black spots, and it feels very shabby. The balcony wooden floor is old and rotten, and has not been updated and maintained in time. The balcony door is also seriously deformed and difficult to close. The building has a closed lobby management, but there is no welcome service and no ventilation. After entering, a moldy smell is pervasive and it is very unpleasant. Five-star location, five-star framework, five-star room rate, but there is no five-star service and five-star quality, which needs to be improved.
