No view from the window, bright light behind the windows which doesn’t let you sleep - but they switched it off after I sent a WhatsApp message which was nice. But honestly who would put a bright light outside the window and not put proper curtains?

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful pool with a beautiful framework, even if it deteriorates in case of rain. I recommend!

It’s good for staying couple days, room is spacious, just the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable to use and there is no hot water.

Mein Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett war geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Spa-Bereich, in dem man sich vollkommen entspannen kann. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker – die perfekte Stärkung für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, ruhig und doch nicht weit von den wichtigsten Spots entfernt. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung und Komfort suchen!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced.

New hostel, many young people, the party will be very late at night. The location is OK. The beach around is far away and you need a motorcycle to go! The key is that the beach has nothing to do except surfing 🏄‍♀️! This place kuta is not worth staying

Petugasnya baik, ramah dan helpfull. Tempatnya banyak ngadain acara juga, nawarin event bbq atau belajar surfing. Dapet kamar yg paling pojok, fasilitasnya standar, dapet bed di atas jd kalo geraknya extra ada suara krekek krekek besinya. Terus yg sangat disayangkan adalah bidet toiletnya kecil bgt keluarnya😭 trs yg mandi ada yg agak jorok gitu kek bekas lulurannya gak kesiram ngalir kebuang😢 mgkn karena mostly foreigner semua yg book disini kali ya, yaudala
