The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly, the location is not near the city centre but there are quite a few good restaurants near there. The lobby is a very relaxing place.

Not bad for stop for a few nights. Close to shopping center. Not far from city center

The room is fine. Breakfast is also ok. But some service was distinguished. Most of workers are good. Except one reception guy with longhair & mustache who worked at night .. We are Asian, need hot food mostly, we said huge good words to borrow microwave for two minutes or pay for rent , but he rejected unfriendliness ..and point out the customers can’t take food into the hotel with extreme proud and rude attitude .. ibis is a famous and link hotel. Who can trust have the ridiculous rules!!! The most evil of human is to cause the maximum difficulty to others with minimum tiny power . Service workers should think of others , bad heart people shouldn’t worthy to work in .. a bit shame on him

Great hotel, room has everything you can expect. Unfortunately our air conditioning was leaking, we got a new room right away. The toilet didn't flush properly, but we didn't want to switch again. Otherwise great service, good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was a clean hotel, we were very comfortable, it was within walking distance of bus and metro lines.

great!! You were kind~~! However, we did not know if the room allowed smoking. It was very unfortunate. Info responded very kindly. Everything else was fine :) It's our birthday so thank you for welcoming us!!
