The location is excellent. But the room is too basic and not worthy of 4 stars. There is only one electric plug in the whole room, and the computer cannot be plugged in while charging the mobile phone. In addition, it is right above the subway. You can hear the sound of the subway coming and going at night, and you can also feel the vibrations. There was no quilt, just two layers of sheets. Fortunately, I found a blanket in the cupboard and added it to keep me from getting cold. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The service is okay, but not particularly good.

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

The hotel is located near Plaza Catalunya. It is very convenient for taking the Airport Express and subway, dining and sightseeing (near Boqueria Market and the Gothic Quarter). The staff we encountered in the hotel lobby were very enthusiastic, communication was barrier-free, and the decoration facilities were It's fairly new, tidy and clean. The only flaw is that the room is a bit small and the foreign guests next door are talking a little louder. Maybe the prices in downtown Barcelona are high, but the overall price/performance ratio is still good.

Very cost-effective! I will stay here again if I go to Barcelona! The hotel is very new and has a very distinctive facade, so it is easy to find. It is not far from the station and can be reached in 10 minutes. The room is large, fully equipped, and a bottle of water is provided. It is the only hotel in Spain and Italy that provides water. The service at the front desk is very good and professional. They also introduced the hotel rooftop to see the scenery of Barcelona, which is very good. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go this time.

Excellent service and staff. We enjoyed one night here and were treated with warmth throughout the stay. Staff were responsive, helpful and kind. Would return again in a heartbeat! The rooftop was wonderful and though a bit chilly for dinner while we were there, it was perfect in the daytime. Unfortunately the pool was closed for winter, but would have been nice to enjoy the views from there! The room was clean and comfortable, thanks for a great stay!

Went for a weekend away in Barcelona and found this hotel which is in the heart of the *** district. Very safe and easy to walk around the area at night time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona. The bed was comfy and room was very clean.

Hotel is convenient to most tourist attractions on-foot / by subway. Subsurban train station (S1/S2) is just opposite to the hotel where we could take the triain to Cataluyna Station. Staff are helpful and friendly. When we arrived at the Frontdesk, we were full of sweat. She was so kind to give us water. We ordered the Superior Triple room, the size is pretty good. It is comfortable. Hotel also provided amenities, slippers, shavers, etc. We are grateful to stay here.

Very good, can stay together under 11 years old. The room was clean! Cost-effective. Looked deserted in front of the door, there is a pedestrian street in the back door, everything has nothing to do, breakfast is not required.

Perfect location, near the beach. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly especially Frankie. There’s a big mall across the the hotel with lots of local and foreign restaurants. We wanted to extend our stay here for 2 more days but unfortunately it was fully booked that time. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton Diagonal Mar. 😎
