GGuest UserMy sisters and I spent one night at the Perry lane hotel and had a fabulous time. The room was perfect and the hotel restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend! The rooftop bar and pool area is a great place to relax any time of the day. They have a man who plays the piano in the library and he is wonderful.

The hotel by the Savannah River should be the best local hotel among the regular hotels. The only dissatisfaction is that the management is a bit messy. We have been deducting our credit card at random, and the fee has never been clarified. Through the unremitting communication of the Ctrip housekeeper, it is finally confirmed that the overcharge has been charged. I have not received a refund yet. I hope everything goes well.

TTeeThis hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,. Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served. This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping.

GGuest UserWe were able to check in an hour early. The room was clean and comfortable with a good location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and breakfast.

GGuest UserStaff were exceptional--everyone from front desk staff to the bartender and breakfast staff. All very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had what we needed. They don't have a gym on site but have a relationship with a local gym for hotel guests (if that matters to you). We were able to walk into the downtown area and felt safe doing so (about .5 miles from our hotel) but they also offer a shuttle with a very lovely driver who took great care of us! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Savannah.

GGuest UserWe booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

GGuest UserThe hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

JjenniferLocation was convenient and room was decent for the price. The front desk clerk wasn't that friendly at all tho. Housekeeping starts knocking on the door around 9 trying to rush you out.
