The location is very nice (right in front of the Savannah River)
Parking is the worst (no free parking even if you stay here.. valet $54, self-parking in the parking lot building is $56 (because it's calculated by the hour)
*If you're going to park, I recommend just parking on the side of the road.. hotel parking is too expensive
Amenities are good.. it's a shame there's no pool...
Room cleaning - seems to be done roughly.. the trash can area is not cleaned (it seems like they only throw away big things..)
Amenities are not filled... one day thread & needle, one day hair cap, one day nothing.. hit or miss
I don't know because I didn't eat here
Ah! Baobab Bar has a good atmosphere and is friendly

This hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,. Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served. This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is located in the historical and cultural district of Savannah, within walking distance to River Street and major attractions, and the Savannah Visitor Center is nearby. The surrounding area is one of Savannah's most distinctive street parks. The hotel consists of two three-story buildings (or four floors? I can't remember a little bit) and a few white houses in the pictures. We live in a white house, one bedroom and one living room have a kitchen, there are pots and bowls and other kitchen utensils to cook. Free parking is available on the roadside outside the back door of the hotel restaurant.
We arrived in the morning and the hotel let us check in early. Oh, how kind and welcoming the front desk staff who helped us check in that day! Thank her. I wish her a happy life!

It cost 2,000 yuan a night, but I couldn't fall asleep. The bed was incredibly soft, like sinking into it. The air conditioner next to the bed was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Turning off the lights made the room stuffy, and the curtains couldn't be closed completely, only a sheer curtain. The outside light was shining from the bedside, and I couldn't sleep at all that night. I'm sorry for the 2,000 yuan a night.

GREAT STAFF! We were not aware of Savannah'a HUGE St Patrick's Day celebration and arrived to a city overflowing...but everyone was very helpful and made it possible for us to extend our stay. Our room was spacious and well appointed but the AC unit was very noisy and so close to the bed that we froze when it ran. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fixtures were ”loose” - needed some simple repairs and the elevator floor has some damaged tiles, but we would recommend this hotel.

The location is very good. Although it is an old hotel, the service and quality are still good. Recommended, cost-effective in the local high!

The hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

The room was a great size. Had a seperate couch/tv desk viewing area and a private back bedroom. The only concern was clear mildew/mold issues that went unchecked for what I assume weeks or months. I asked to swap rooms and was promptly switched to another room. Better, but still not completely mold free. It’s a humid environment, but I wouldn’t even sleep in my own house if it got that bad.
I don’t know if the hotel will make changes but clearly look out for mold in your room if you stay here

HAOBreakfast is delicious! ! Especially after eating for 2 days in the surrounding area, I feel that the breakfast here is delicious! ! The room was quite clean, but the only downside was that there was less light in the room and it was darker.
