Portland Hotels with Bars

Very professional and friendly residence right next to union station. Feels very peaceful, not sketchy, parking is easy and they even have a valet team standing by. This might be the most professional hotel in PDX. Very impressed with the team they put together here and facilities feel brand new. 10/10

The lobby has an old-money style, exquisite and grand. During the Christmas season, there's a huge Christmas tree, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The location is convenient; if you rent a car, there's an underground parking garage right next door with direct access to the hotel. There's a famous steakhouse on the first floor of the hotel—they offer free Starbucks coffee every morning—the service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I ate steak on the first floor, and because the chef cooked it medium-well instead of medium, the waiter waived my bill (but the restaurant's taste was too ordinary; I wouldn't recommend it).

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Portland. There is a shuttle bus at the hotel airport and the front desk is very friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I think the food is pretty good. There is also a lake bar outside the restaurant. It is a special experience to eat in the evening while looking at the lake view.

Check in is fast and convenient, the traffic around is developed, the housekeeper takes care of us very much, will come back next time, recommend it to everyone! ! Let me start with cudos for Elizabeth at the front desk. I'd say she did everything in her control to make my stay excellent. GREAT customer service there. The van driver, however, made me feel unimportant. What????? We have to turn the van back around to return to the hotel to pick up a pilot? Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK! I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back.

Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good. The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am). So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car.

Last time I stayed here was 10/10, staff are super professional and this hotel is located in the ”rock star” part of Portland, the best vibes and sometimes the best deal in town. As long as Jupiter keeps their rates competitive they will always have our business. Thanks for being awesome!

One word: Perfect ! Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
