AAnonymous UserThis is pet-friendly hotel in Hua hin with extra charge 1500THB per pet/ per night. The service is exceptional. Only one comment is I booked standard room which is located Building A or B only on 1st floor. Building A has steps and no ramps then if you have dog stroller, Building A is really not convenient while Building B has ramp to your room - no steps. Hotel should consider that if guess has pet, then you should assign Building B for more convenient - not Building A. For this trip, I had been assigned to Building A, then I need to hold and carry my dog to the steps everyday - really not convenient

GGamberryThe staff provided excellent service and were very hospitable and helpful. I had the opportunity to stay here because I was taking my cat for treatment at Kaset Hua Hin Animal Hospital. The hotel is conveniently located close to the hospital, and they offer a golf cart shuttle service. The room was clean and odor-free, and the staff's service was superb. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was quiet and didn't make any noise.

The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

The room facilities are a bit dated, but still perfectly functional. The public areas are great; the pool is quite large and has direct access to the beach, which is a huge plus. The hotel has three restaurants. We had dinner included, which was a set menu, and the food was decent. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of choices.

AAnonymous UserI had high expectations for my stay at the Hua Hin Marriott, given its reputation, but my actual experience was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel's facilities, environment, and location were all good, the most crucial aspect—the 'service'—completely dragged down the entire hotel's standing. This was especially true for the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism, which were utterly unbefitting of the Marriott brand. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were aloof and perfunctory, lacking even the most basic service awareness. They were impatient with guest questions and communicated in a stiff manner, making it feel as if I was 'begging them to do their job' rather than receiving the service expected from a high-end hotel. Throughout the entire process, there was a complete absence of professionalism, respect, and warmth. What was even more frustrating was that some front desk employees clearly lacked training; they were unfamiliar with procedures, inefficient at resolving issues, and quick to pass the buck. Many simple problems took an unreasonably long time to address, leading to an extremely poor experience. Frankly, at the price point and positioning of the Hua Hin Marriott, guests are paying for more than just a room—they're paying for service. However, the front desk service here was worse than what you'd find at many standard business hotels. No matter how good the hardware is, it can't compensate for such terrible service attitudes. I hope the hotel management takes the issues with the front desk team seriously, or they will continue to erode guests' trust in the Marriott brand.

PPoontrazzStepping into the room was a real 'wow' moment! It's so spacious with a warm, inviting feel. The king-size bed is incredibly soft; I practically didn't want to get up. The bed linens are as fine and smooth as those in a luxury hotel. The sofa corner is perfectly arranged for lounging. I especially love the adjustable bedside lamps – just switching them on instantly puts me in vacation mode. The bathroom is HUGE! It has separate wet and dry areas, plus a bathtub right by the window 🛁✨. The water pressure is excellent, the temperature is consistent, and the amenities have a lovely, subtle scent. Full marks, ten out of ten, no deductions!

LLangzi_HThe room was incredibly mediocre, definitely fell for a false ad on Xiaohongshu. It's really not worth the 800+ RMB a night price tag. The decor is, at best, what you'd find in a 150-200 baht hotel in Thailand – a real 'Syrian war-torn' style. All the premium you're paying is for the pool, which I admit is beautiful. Other than that, there's absolutely nothing else going for it. But here's the kicker: the hotel's poolside bar is open to the public, meaning non-guests can come in. So basically, I paid a huge premium for the hotel because of the pool, only for outside people to be able to occupy the tables. Not recommended. On the upside, the staff were very friendly and I couldn't fault their service!

It's a detached house, and you need to use your room card to access the hotel pool. Turn right out of the small alley and it's a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven, and a 20-minute walk to the big night market.
