I recently stayed at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites for a business trip and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Everyone from housekeeping to the F&B were polite, attentive, and eager to assist. Especially to en. Rohaizan. He was very good in assisting me & the rest. Thank you so much again.

This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing.

The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. CCal_LNice renovated boutique hotel. Took the family room. The size is much bigger than the other rooms and comes with a king and super single bed. Furnished with toiletries and bottled water. Has a safe deposit box. There is a small restaurant and nice little cafe in the hotel. Staffs were friendly. Along the Chinatown.

KKIM RICOWe had a Pulau Redang trip, stayed here only for a night. Their reception is not 24 hours, so it will require you to do self-check-in at the kiosk outside the entrance. Please call reception in advance to notify them that you will be check-in late so that they can provide or give some info on self-check-n procedure. Front desk team was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. For a location, it is Easy accesses to cafe, restaurant and market. The hidden cafe in the hotel where the breakfast and welcome drinks will be served.

The hotel is really close to the payang market. in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.
Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

GGuest UserComfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better)
We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey.
But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him.
And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh.
The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

BBettybqsEverything was great- came during weekdays so there was no many people here, feels like a private resort.
It’s an old beach resort, but the beauty caught my eyes. I wish they can make some enhancement, they deserve more recognition.
Also, one problem I encounter- requested for them to send me iron, but the forgot to do so. They should have been more alert because there were like, less than 10 bookings on that day. Service can be improved.
