NNuannuandexiatiantianFive stars all around! We had a fantastic day and I'd definitely want to stay here again if I come back. The location isn't too far from the city center, about a 50-60 RMB taxi ride. It's at the foot of Hallasan Mountain, with a small forest next to the hotel for walks and even a horse riding stable nearby. The hotel has a heated pool and a sauna. The breakfast quality was excellent, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was superb. The salmon and crab legs were incredibly fresh, and the steak was high quality. We were very satisfied with the meal. We stayed in the new Amber wing. The room was very comfortable with underfloor heating. Bulgari toiletries, a lighted makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack were provided, along with bath sponges – great attention to detail! The in-room minibar offered free coffee and tea, with other items for a charge. The room even had its own private onsen, and soaking in it at night in the mountains was incredibly relaxing. Upon check-in, we received orange slices as a welcome gift. The service was also excellent, with very kind staff. They helped us with our luggage, and we could arrange for a buggy pick-up and drop-off anytime. When we requested ice, it arrived quickly and was a huge bag.

GGuest UserThe Jeju Sunshine Hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 2 kilometers from Jeju International Airport, a quick ten-minute taxi ride away. Within walking distance, you'll find convenience stores, restaurants, and duty-free shops like Lotte and Shilla, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and after a renovation in 2019, the facilities feel quite new. The central air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep on soft bedding. A thoughtful touch is the inclusion of universal power outlets, so no adapter is needed, and toiletries are provided (though you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste). The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff, making communication smooth. They also provide free luggage storage and can arrange airport shuttle service. The breakfast spread is extensive, featuring Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes, and the hotel has well-equipped facilities like a gym and sauna. Overall, it offers great value for money. While the decor leans towards a business style, the attentive service and convenient location make it an excellent choice for families or shoppers visiting Jeju Island.

도도연ChristineKimAt check-in it was very welcoming Unfortunately Staffs working there weren't very informative Couldn't give me answers about making local phone calls from room even i was willing to pay if they had to, I end up using taxi drivers phone to confirm reservations. And asked to check out late till 4 or 5pm but they had to charge full amount and when I was there to check out, front staff asked 10000 Korean Won more, $7-$10 would not make much difference but than why i feel i was overcharged and that made me feel unpleasant I expected good food here but it wasn't fascinaingt or any special. Worst of all when I was off from taxi or getting taxi, men working(doormen) outside would not call taxi for me nor help handling my bags or luggage Very different from most of other hotel in Korea Am I going to use any of Silla Hotel service? More likely never will happen

GGuest UserThe cost is cheap, the bathroom is insufficient, and the sound insulation is not good. As a night stay in Hanyu Mountain, the location is convenient. There are supermarkets and supermarkets downstairs, and shopping is quite convenient.

Jjulie998The hostel is very close to the airport but quite difti get around the island as you need to go around the island every time. They were quite strict with the no noise after 11 rule. Beds were also quite hard.

QQianshanghuakaiThis was our last night in Jeju Island. The room was very clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating made it very warm. The facilities were new, and the location was great, right next to a pedestrian street, perfect for a stroll. However, maybe because our stay was so short, I didn't find any unique little shops. There were plenty of BBQ and potato pork backbone soup restaurants though. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's also very close to the airport; we actually walked there the next morning.

GGuest UserThis place is honestly not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The room is your average Korean hostel room (no curtains tho). The bathroom is a bit messy but overall not dirty. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the island by bus. For the very little price paid, I would stay at this hostel again!
