It has a gym and spa, and the room key is made of wood, which is quite unique. They even gave us welcome cookies on the first day! However, compared to the Hilton in Heidelberg, it's slightly lower in every aspect, yet the price is several hundred euros higher. Perhaps the two cities are at different levels of development, and it seems every hotel in Hanover has to pay a tax. They arranged a sofa bed for my child in advance, but I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't the case in Heidelberg. Bottled water in the room costs 8 euros, while in Heidelberg it's a free bottle every day.

An absolutely magical town with a cozy Mercury Hotel is a must-see! everything is beautiful, clean, the breakfast is excellent, German quality in everything! From the train station there is a red strip for tourists and leads through all the attractions. Thanks TRIP.com for my trip ❤️

Beautiful and peaceful hotel ! It's near the train station, walking distance to the old town and new townhall. Downstairs with good beer restaurant. Staff are super friendly. Hotel room is spacious, bright, with balcony, I had a very lovely stay for 3 nights!

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.

The room was of moderate size and better than expected. The front desk service was good, friendly and efficient. Although there were many people in the team, the guy was quick and clear-minded and checked in quickly. The large lawn in front of the door and the chairs at the door have always been the most comfortable place for our team members to chat.

The hotel is generally OK. There is a free parking lot outside, and there is also a parking lot with electric car charging. There is also a lawn outside. I feel that it is generally very comfortable and cozy. The only difference is that the single room is very small, and it has a wall-mounted air conditioner. I took these pictures from a small corridor after opening the French window.

There was some renovation going on at the entrance, but the hotel had put up a notice, so that was fine. The breakfast was a bit simple, but the price was consistent with other Intercity hotels.

Good and clean hotel, with good connection to Hannover Main Station (about 4 min with the metro). The staff was very friendly and our room as well as the impression very clean. Clear recommendation!
