"We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and given an equally warm farewell. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The air conditioning is good by European standards. As Asians, we generally prefer cooler room temperatures, but in all honesty, this hotel was noticeably cooler than the Maritim Bonn Hotel. The room is comparable to a typical airport hotel, compact but comfortable. Making it ideal for an overnight stay or for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the hotel. We especially loved the convenient location and the outstanding service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly return."

"This is a fairly newly built hotel, in a quiet location. Colorful interior, but not tiring. The bed is wide, comfortable, the room is spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast. The staff is neutral, but helpful. Location - near the train station, but in the opposite direction from the city center, which is a 20 min. walk to the center. Good value for money."

Beautiful and peaceful hotel ! It's near the train station, walking distance to the old town and new townhall. Downstairs with good beer restaurant. Staff are super friendly. Hotel room is spacious, bright, with balcony, I had a very lovely stay for 3 nights!

An absolutely magical town with a cozy Mercury Hotel is a must-see! everything is beautiful, clean, the breakfast is excellent, German quality in everything! From the train station there is a red strip for tourists and leads through all the attractions. Thanks TRIP.com for my trip ❤️

The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. There is also a sauna and a gym. If you come to Hannover next time, this is the first choice. Rewe and Rossmann are opposite

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.

The room was of moderate size and better than expected. The front desk service was good, friendly and efficient. Although there were many people in the team, the guy was quick and clear-minded and checked in quickly. The large lawn in front of the door and the chairs at the door have always been the most comfortable place for our team members to chat.

There was some renovation going on at the entrance, but the hotel had put up a notice, so that was fine. The breakfast was a bit simple, but the price was consistent with other Intercity hotels.

The Faktum Konigshof Hotel is not far from Hanover Central Railway Station and there are several shopping and eating places next to it. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the specialization is more distinctive.
