GGuest UserWe brought our kids here and the service was absolutely fantastic! They upgraded us to a family room, and there were so many animals – we fed lambs, bunnies, and even saw peacocks and camels. There was a bonfire party in the evening too. The overall environment is lovely, and the bathroom facilities are great. The best part is the owner, she's incredibly thoughtful. Plus, they have a chef from Xinjiang who cooks amazing food. It really felt like a one-stop-shop for fun. The kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave! We can't wait to come back!

GGuest UserThe furniture in this B&B has a vintage American style, and it feels quite high-quality to the touch. The headboard is镂空 (carved/hollowed out), and the pendant lamp casts a warm glow on the bed, making the oil painting on the wall appear even more serene in its halo. I really liked their disposable amenities; they looked and felt very premium. And the balcony's location is absolutely perfect! Up close, you can see the courtyard, where the lights beautifully illuminate the flowers, plants, and a small gazebo, with solar lights twinkling along the path. Looking further out, the outline of Nalat Mountain appears incredibly gentle under the moonlight. Sitting at the tea table on the balcony, sipping tea, smelling the grass, and gazing up at the moon and stars – it's truly delightful.

GGuest UserWow! My stay at Nalati Bugu Secluded Inn was truly amazing! First, let's talk about the facilities: the lighting in the room was soft, and both the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The blackout curtains worked perfectly – attention to detail was spot on! The environment couldn't be better! The inn is directly opposite Nalati Aerial Grassland, so you can open the window and enjoy the beautiful grassland scenery. At night, you can lie on the rocking chair on the terrace and gaze at the stars. Hygiene was also impeccable. The housekeeper even did a pre-check before my arrival to ensure everything was spotless. And the service? Absolutely outstanding! The butler contacted me via WeChat in advance to ask about my needs. Upon arrival, he helped with my luggage and introduced local attractions along the way. When I left, he even gave me a handmade lavender sachet as a gift. In short, I was extremely satisfied with everything from the hardware to the soft services. Next time I'm in Nalati, I'm definitely booking this place again! Seriously, everyone, go for it!

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews unless I'm extremely satisfied, and this hotel, set amidst mountains, rivers, and grasslands, fulfilled all my expectations for Xinjiang. I'd highly recommend saving this hotel for the end of your trip. Everyone here is incredibly warm and welcoming; you truly feel genuinely cared for. Any request is met with a quick response. They even take your dirty laundry, wash and dry it, and return it neatly folded to your door. The food is also very affordable, portions are generous, and most importantly, it's delicious. I spent time working in the hotel, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying the evening bonfire party. There's even a whisky bar. I much prefer this place to larger resorts; it has so much character and a personal touch. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance.

Lluck⛈It's a great experience to live in this homestay. The surrounding environment is particularly beautiful. Opposite the homestay is the Nalati River Valley grassland. The courtyard is full of flowers, making the courtyard full of vitality. The room was clean and tidy, with complete supplies. The owner was very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage and sent us a fruit plate. The fruit was very delicious, and when we left, he also sent us nuts, a specialty of Xinjiang. It's very comfortable to live here, I love it! !

GGuest UserWe had an unforgettable few days here! Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the one-on-one butler service, but I was genuinely impressed by their warm and dedicated attention. The private car service was fantastic, taking us to and from attraction entrances, and even helping us buy bus tickets at the station. The hotel food was surprisingly delicious – their Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken) was even more authentic than what I've had in Urumqi! The chef is from Chongqing, and you can tell how much care goes into the breakfast and afternoon tea. They even arranged dragon fruit into rose shapes, and the coffee was freshly ground and wonderfully rich. The coconut water was 100% pure. And the Chongqing noodles for breakfast were absolutely amazing, alongside the Western options. Everything was all-you-can-eat. We also tried the horseback riding, which was 80 for an hour. The horses were beautiful, and the scenery, especially the river valley, was breathtaking – you really have to experience it to believe it. Plus, there was a complimentary travel photography service. The manager was incredibly hands-on, tall, and handsome, and the supervisor was a dashing Uyghur young man. They truly went above and beyond to fulfill every request. All in all, this stay truly showed me what a real vacation feels like ⛱️. I'm definitely coming back next year!

The whole environment is very good and very clean. The boss is very, very enthusiastic and very simple. GGuest UserMy stay at Trip.com Farm Stay Nalati Yunshan Yinsu was absolutely fantastic! The butler team provided incredibly thoughtful and meticulous service, even helping me snag self-drive tickets for the scenic area, which saved me a lot of hassle. The room facilities were excellent, complete with a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly comfortable stay. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; the freshly squeezed milk was wonderfully creamy and fragrant, and the naan, straight from the oven, was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The restaurant's culinary skills were superb; the home-style dishes tasted authentic, and the beef and lamb in the hotpot were incredibly fresh. The hotel boasts stunning grassland views with an expansive vista. In the evening, there was a live band performance, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Everything, from dining to accommodation and activities, was outstanding. The overall experience was impeccable. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Nalati, and I'll certainly be back for my next trip!

TTUCK LOONGLocation is good, only 5minutes drive to Nalati Tourists Center. Reception and hotel workers are helpful. We checked in late, tired and hungry, and wanted a meal at the hotel, though the restaurant was just closed. They asked us, 6 of us, to sit comfortable first, served us hot tea, and asked the chef return to restaurant to cook for us. This is what i call good service. The hotel is relatively new, well designed, with a garden. We enjoyed our stay.
