I stayed here once 3 years ago and I thought it was the most cost-effective hotel in Yanping. But now it’s really no longer possible. If the faucet is broken, it will not be repaired, and if the wall is damaged, it will not be maintained. I communicated with the hotel where I checked in at 4 o'clock in the morning to extend the check-out time without affecting the check-in of other guests. The hotel refused straight away and called me at 11 o'clock in the morning, which was super frustrating. Of course, we have something to say, the breakfast is quite good, the lady who makes breakfast is also very nice, and the security uncle at the front desk is also a good person!

Breakfast and late night snacks are delicious, with welcome fruits. The view is broad, the river view is unparalleled, and the decoration is also very modern. I will definitely come back to experience it if I have the opportunity.

In the off-season, there are few guests staying in the hotel and it is relatively quiet. The cruise was nice, with beautiful scenery, and the driver was very nice; the breakfast was too perfunctory, in the style of a canteen; the room was cold, the air conditioning was not effective, the bathroom heating equipment was broken, and the shower was very cold the next day It took most of the day to repair, but it was still not repaired until about three o'clock in the afternoon, so I had to change rooms. The maintenance staff was still smoking in my room. It was really unbelievable. The customer service front desk was also urging me to do something that day. The service awareness was so poor. I couldn't do it. Come again.

I want to eat, there are too many choices, too rich, I can't eat it. The overall feeling is that it is a hotel that is very attentive to serve guests.

Staying in the colorful, it is an unexpected joy, very close to Wuyi Menghualu, in the Huahua World Scenic Area, there are large lawns, and a great campground, the air is fresh, the people are very relaxed, the room is scattered in several two-story villas, the area is quite large, there is a large balcony on the second floor, You can experience the lush garden, the room is quiet, and the rest is very comfortable. It is especially worth mentioning that when I checked out in the morning, I was in a hurry, forgot the important bags, received a call from the hotel on the return road, reminded to forget things, and arranged for SF to send them out immediately after checking. I am very grateful to Liu Jing and his team for their careful and responsible service, so that customers have no worries. Out of gratitude for the red envelope, it was also rejected, saying that it should be done, which is very moving. I also experienced the management of the hotel in place and the ultimate responsibility for customers! Will stay again!

The newly renovated hotel is clean and hygienic. One of the temporarily booked rooms is no longer available. The lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded me to a suite for free. She also gave me an extra breakfast coupon. The breakfast was also good. The rice noodles are actually seafood. I made it myself You can add whatever you like, small oysters and clams, it's very generous. The floor cleaning lady was also very diligent and tidied up the entire room during breakfast. The location of the hotel is also very good, opposite Fortune Plaza, which is very lively.

Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.
