I stumbled upon this guesthouse by chance and thought it looked alright, so I decided to stay. It was a delightful surprise! The guesthouse was the owner's own house with a small courtyard, creating a very comfortable environment. The lobby on the first floor was a large, open-plan design, perfect for enjoying the beautiful courtyard view. The rooms also had balconies with views of the Shwedagon Pagoda on the mountain and even planes landing – simply amazing! There was plenty of welcome fruit upon entry, and free coffee in the lobby. The parking lot was conveniently located behind the courtyard. The guesthouse also had a washer and dryer. Since it was New Year's Eve, the owner treated us to a barbecue in the courtyard – so wonderful! Thank you so much for the owner's warm hospitality! I wish the owner great success and prosperity!

The biggest pleasant surprise of my trip to Mangshi was staying at 'Nan Shu - Not Far Away' guesthouse. My entire experience was flawless, truly a perfect stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Mangshi. The guesthouse's location lives up to its name, being very close to the core scenic area around the Menghuan Grand Pagoda. Getting around by taxi, exploring, and dining out were all incredibly convenient. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, completely isolating you from street noise, ensuring a particularly peaceful and relaxing stay. The overall decor creates a wonderful ambiance, and the public lounge areas are comfortable and relaxing. You can snap fantastic, atmospheric vacation photos without even leaving the guesthouse. The room hygiene was absolutely top-notch; every corner of the room was spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and breathable, and the toiletries were thoughtful and complete. The room had excellent lighting and ventilation, and opening the window offered a superb view of the Golden Pagoda. The guesthouse manager and owner were warm, friendly, and provided meticulous, attentive service. Upon check-in, they thoughtfully offered local specialty fruits and freely shared 'avoid-the-trap' travel routes for Mangshi, along with private tips for authentic local food. Daily requests were handled promptly and thoroughly, making the entire interaction comfortable and relaxed, completely free of any awkwardness. My entire stay was comfortable and delightful, offering excellent value for money. It has already been added to my go-to list for Mangshi, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The room is clean and tidy. It's the first time I've seen sofa covers changed every time. The design style is very unique, the service attitude is also great, the luggage is transported, there is water and ice cream downstairs, the breakfast is also rich, and there is laundry service. The overall quality is absolutely first-class, you can rest assured to stay there, the swimming pool upstairs is very clean, you must go to cool down in the evening, you can see the Golden Pagoda and the Silver Pagoda upstairs, and it's perfect with some beer and ice cubes. It's convenient to go out and you can rent an electric car 🛵, it's very convenient to go anywhere, ride a few minutes later to have delicious barbecue, and come back to drink fresh watermelon juice, there is a small courtyard, a sand pool (with toys for children) and a bar downstairs, it's very charming, everyone must come when you go to Mangshi! It's really worth it!

It may be because the holiday premium is too serious. Compared with the price of about 1,000 yuan/room, I personally feel that the price/performance ratio is too low. It is very close to the Golden Tower and the Silver Tower. There is no breakfast, but the staff service is more attentive.

Distant mountains are shrouded in mist, like a scene from a fairy tale. The area is incredibly quiet, free from the hustle and bustle of the city, with only the sounds of insects, birds, and the rustling of leaves in the wind – instantly relaxing. The guesthouse manager's service was impeccable. Before my arrival, they thoughtfully reminded me of the local weather and travel tips. Upon arrival, they warmly welcomed me, helped with my luggage, and provided a detailed introduction to the guesthouse facilities and nearby attractions. During my stay, they responded quickly to any requests. When I wanted to try some local cuisine, they recommended authentic restaurants. The rooms were cozy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. This stay made my Mangshi trip even more memorable, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I chose this B&B because of the courtyard. When I got there, it was much better than I imagined. The courtyard was as beautiful as in the pictures. We arrived very late, and the owner was still waiting for us in the store. Under the rain, there was a bear waiting for guests at the door with a warm lamp on 🐻~. It has been raining these past few days, and my bestie and I were too lazy to go out, so we just looked at the beautiful scenery in the lobby, chatted with the owner, and ordered nine takeouts a day, hahahaha. I teased the two mimi from time to time. Well, it would be nice if they were more intimate. These past few days have been quite pleasant, if the weather is good. We can also play in the swimming pool. I think the household items are also very good. I am waiting for the owner to send the link. My stay at Mangxi Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and my room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The bathroom facilities were complete with plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. With great amenities nearby and fantastic value for money, it's perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Mangshi, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located by the river, with beautiful scenery. The river flows quietly, and there is a village with smoke curling in the distance. There is a hot spring bath on the balcony of the room, where you can enjoy the scenery while taking a bath. I like the design of the double bed room very much. You can lie on the bay window and eat snacks and drink tea while enjoying the scenery. The waiters are warm, meticulous and thoughtful. The facilities and toiletries are very good, equipped with a full set of Dyson hair dryers. The hotel also gave away a cableway across the river, and there were souvenirs when you left. Everything is so comfortable.

這是我住過最差的民宿服務體驗，主要還是民宿老闆服務意識和溝通能力都很差，完全對不起970元這個價格。這是我第一次就一個酒店或民宿評差評。 地理位置：超級堵車。不在芒市市區，想着離市區兩三公里也不算遠。但因為在金塔景區附近，太堵車，滴滴叫車本來衹是25，但加價到100也沒有司機願意去。 服務：超級差評。我一個人帶着5歲小孩子，拎着2個行李箱+2個大包，我兩次表示困難請求民宿老闆安排接一下都遭到拒絕。第二次還是因為我無法打到車，硬着頭皮掃了共享電動車過去，到了離酒店250米的分叉路口，我分不清路打去求助讓接一下，老闆照樣拒絕，説衹能在門口等我；而且我2次跟他確認路線是不是要上一大坡到景區，因為電瓶車提示到景區要斷電，他還跟我確定説是，事實就不是，不認真聽顧客説話、指引錯誤，結果我在大斜坡上電動車斷電，無法前進、無法停車、人太多也無法掉頭，要我5歲孩子幫忙搬行李下坡，我衹能剎着電動車慢慢倒車出去搞了半個小時，當時已經非常生氣了，民宿前台打電話來我以為要來幫忙，結果他們老闆又搶過電話來指責我走錯路，完全沒有幫忙的意思，説話態度語氣非常傲嬌、不客氣，一點服務意識都沒有。 另外，因為擔心他們不靠譜，送機的時候我跟前台確認了三次跟司機溝通清楚時間（提前20分鐘），讓她給我看溝通結果、給我司機電話，她都表示不用我管肯定沒問題，司機會打電話給我。結果到點了司機非但遲到10分鐘，還不打電話溝通，司機跟我説根本沒有人跟他溝通過。 環境：吵+景觀差。我定的這個太空艙靠近大馬路，門口是個酒吧，完全看不到所謂的花海，進去後關上門都能聽到顧客説話的聲音。因為太吵，我還沒入住就去溝通要求退房，民宿老闆又不樂意了，衹説他們通過了聲音分貝測試，不會吵。既然不肯取消，那我硬着頭皮住，結果一晚上被轟隆隆的汽車聲滋擾，酒吧客人倒是沒有，但早上6點雞叫鳥叫不斷又把我吵醒，隔壁太空倉開關門也很大聲，毫不隔音。 設施：房間還比較整潔，但天窗臟得很無法看，當然當地晴天也沒有星星；自動窗簾也很雞肋，衹能全關or全開，無法拉開一點點；説是玻璃防窺，白天是防窺的，但晚上開燈，從太空艙外可以清楚看到裏面的情況。 好的也有吧，評價不能太偏頗。太空艙比較新，設施不陳舊；用的智能控制系統，孩子覺得好玩；離芒市主要的金塔景區比較近。

The daily fruit, snacks and afternoon tea are not the same. The children and husband are very satisfied. The baby is looking forward to afternoon tea every day. The combination of Chinese and Western breakfast is also very good. I recommend it to everyone. You must come to this place to try it in Mangshi.
