Environment: This is the only hotel inside the scenic area, offering exclusive 24-hour views of the waterfall. Facilities: The rooms are a bit small and the facilities are a bit dated. Services: They offer free bicycles, a shuttle to the Bird Park, a paid afternoon tea, and a free hiking trail at 7:30 AM. Dining: Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner buffets are available for around 300 Brazilian Reals, and both are quite rich. I recommend booking the waterfall afternoon tea, but I was double-charged when I paid, and the hotel said they would refund it.

Our stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. Great location. All staff are very helpful and polite. Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Special thanks to Daniel who introduced nearby good restaurant to us. We appreciated there was a Travel Agent which could arrange one -day Igauzu Falls in Argentina. We had a wonderful stay there.

Hotels in Brazil The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff had a good service attitude. The hotel is quite large and has a large outdoor swimming pool. You can take a bus to the nearby Iguazu Falls and other attractions.

Everything was great - staff, location and breakfast. It is close to a lot of restaurants for lunch and dinner. Plenty of taxi pick-up points for going to excursions.

The hotel is located near Paraguay, and you can see 🇵🇾 from the room. The room is large and spacious, and the hotel staff is attentive, well-trained and very professional. However, the hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is broken, the hot water supply is unstable, and the phone rings in the middle of the night...

took the public bus from Foz airport to within 300 yards of hotel which is off the beaten track in an exceptionally hilly town so selecting the stop at the top of the hill is pretty important! friendly welcome at reception on arrival, efficient check in with all important info explained carefully. large comfy clean room with fridge and efficient A/C. breakfast included was pretty good with toaster to make cheese & ham toastie. nice pool with plenty of bed chairs (although only 59F so not used). buffet dinner with a la carte choices ok but unexciting. recommended Ten minutes walk (uphill) to public bus for Argentina or Paraguay (stops OUTSIDE bus Terminal) or falls (stop inside)

No entanto, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Os funcionários demonstraram pouco interesse pelos hóspedes, com atitudes que poderiam ser muito mais acolhedoras e gentis. Esse detalhe impactou negativamente a experiência geral. Outro ponto de melhoria seria a inclusão de pelo menos um mini frigobar nos quartos. A ausência de um local para armazenar água ou outras bebidas no quarto foi um inconveniente. De modo geral, o hotel é funcional, mas com ajustes no atendimento e pequenos detalhes de conforto, a estadia poderia ser significativamente melhor.
