"We have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent"

"Very well kept hotel, on a quiet road very neat the Kwai bridge. Pleasant helpful staff, tasty breakfast. Taxi outside entrance. Room roomy and clean comfortable bed. Plenty of eating places near. Enjoyed out 2 night stay. Would recommend."

"Upon arriving a few hours before check-in time, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who swiftly checked us in. There was a free welcome refreshment drinks by the lobby for newly arrived guests. The hotel, styled in a colonial manner, is situated by the River Kwai, which is 1.4 km from downtown Kanchanaburi. The property appeared well-maintained, with elegant decor in the lounge and a delightful tropical garden. Photography enthusiasts can capture stunning shots of the riverside, featuring sunrises, sunsets, and passing boats. Although unsure if swimming is permitted, there are steps leading to the water. Our room overlooked the river and boasted a balcony. Complimentary fizzy drinks, mini chocolate bars, and snacks were provided. The room was spacious, featuring pristine Thai teak floors, high-quality wooden furniture, and comfortable beds. The bathroom was exceptional, offering a powerful hot/cold shower and a separate bathtub. Fresh, unstained bath towels were provided. The expansive pool had all necessary amenities, and the internet connection was reliable and fast. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food with hot and cold drinks, while the lounge 'Terrace' menu featured reasonably priced international options. The onsite 'Rice Barge' floating Thai restaurant by the river served delicious dishes like pork curry, laab chicken, and phad thai with prawns. The staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive, providing assistance as required. Visitors can enjoy feeding the rescued rabbits in enclosures near the pool. Contact the reception for rabbit food. For transportation, having your own vehicle is advisable. The resort does not organise tours, but various tour activities can be found in the city. A nearby 7-11 store, located about 400 meters from the resort by foot. Please note that a 300 Baht fine is applicable for lost room keycards. This is a perfect spot if you are looking for some nice and quiet place away from the city. Thank you Dheva Mantra Resort team for making our stay relaxing. We will be back again."

"Very impressed with the room, swimming pool, view, especially the Jacuzzi is the best. The view of the river from the Jacuzzi is impressive. The shower room and bathroom are clearly divided into zones. The only disadvantage is that the front balcony and the door to the restaurant have a lot of bird droppings in some areas. should be cleaned"

"Location is pretty decent, near JJ night market but far from Safari and Elephant World. Service is generally great, friendly staffs over the resort and nice swimming pool. The room is alil rundown but well maintained. Will be better if the water power from the shower can be greater as the flow is little and slow even for a small size man."

"The room is clean, there are tables and chairs outside the door, you can eat outside, the restaurant is next to the main road, but it is very quiet, there are shopping malls, KFC, cinemas next to the hotel, the living functions are very good, there is free coffee in the hotel lobby, and the counter staff serves 24 hours a day. Very good accommodation experience."

"A short 5-7 minute grab ride from either the Kanchanaburi bus terminal or the train station. Check in was smooth and the front desk managed to fully meet our preferred room specifications. Depending on the hotel’s overall occupancy rate, one may have a full buffet spread (which we enjoyed the variety) or, a partial one (with one selected main course). Room is clean and spacious for the price paid. The shower head could be improved to have a better flow of the water. Gym equipment would require some improvements as well. Other than these 2 minor aspects, we will return to stay especially it’s within walking distance the delicious On’s Thai Issan Vegetarian restaurant."

"When I stay that hotel , it is nice and good service. The employees are not good at Eng but easy to communicate with them.I am also rent Toe Toe there. It is very good and fare price."

"It used to be a very good hydrophilic hotel, right by the river, at a reasonable price. The first time I lived was 9 years ago, and it was very quiet at night.  But this time I checked in, the music of the merchants across the river was huge. It didn't stop at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. It came again at 6 o'clock in the morning. It was fried and I couldn't sleep at all. Reflected with the front desk, but the hotel couldn't help it."
