"Honestly everything from start to finish was great about this hotel. Employees spoke english, rooms were spacious, nice and modern. Location was in sendai station with malls, food and sightseeing everywhere.  Sendai is also the home of gyutan. Try it, honestly. If I had something to complain about it would be that one of the 3 elevators only go to the 3rd floor and not 1st."

"The price is not reasonable , the room is smaller than I expected It said 23 square meter but I think this is around 20 square meters For the price, I have paid for HK 3600 for 3 nights but it suddenly reduced the price to $600 when I arrived to Sendai . I think I should have got a better hotel."

"The location is within a few minutes walking distance from the Sendai Airport Line. There are many department stores and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient for eating, shopping and playing. It is around 5 minutes walking distance from Sendai Morning Market."

"At Breakfast buffet they serve food with all the allergy ingredients but it was not at all clearly mentioned if it has pork or beef or chicken. Example : there was a potato salad where it says they do not have pork in it but found out that they put pork sausage inside them while eating and they will will let you know after you ask them. If they would have mentioned clearly it would be better to reconsider when you have allergy issues. I feel that was poorly organized. Please be careful with the allergy issues before eating during the breakfast and ask them in details about the ingredients if you feel confused."

"Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay."

"I booked this hotel because I read a friend's post saying that there was a beautiful view of the golf course outside the room. I checked in on the evening of the 4th. It was already dark when I arrived. The waitress at the front desk arranged a room on the 14th floor for me. As a result, the heating was not turned on in advance. It was very cold and there was a strong smell of cigarettes. What was even more terrifying was that the Guanyin statue was opposite the balcony. I immediately went downstairs to ask for a room change. At first, the waiter did not agree, saying that I accepted a smoking room when I booked. I said that the room faced the Guanyin statue. At that time, I thought that if they did not agree to change, I would admit my loss and look for another hotel. As a result, after negotiations, they finally agreed to change and gave me a room on the 9th floor. This time it was good. The room was heated in advance and it was a suite. When I got up on the morning of the 5th, Sendai had heavy snow. Because this hotel has a golf course, the snow scenery is super beautiful. This is a big surprise. When I got up on the 7th, it was sunny. Standing on the balcony, I found that the room was facing east. There was the sea in the distance. I could see the sun rising from the sea, shining brightly, and it was beautiful. It is really a resort hotel, much better than the hotels in the city center. The hotel room is large, the bathroom is worth a thumbs up, the hot water comes in seconds, the water flow is super strong, and the breakfast variety is relatively rich, with several Sendai specialties, but it is the same every morning. After staying for three nights, I moved to a hotel in the city."

"Very nice hotel with speedy check-in and out. Hotel location is good with seven eleven nearby. Bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with spectacular views. The only comments the receptionists were so careless who directly turned down our request for purchase of some packing boxes without checking with the Concierge, the latter did sell packing boxes to the guests staying at the Hotel."

"It was very convenient because it was close to the station. The cleaning was excellent, but the bathroom had a bit of a smell. I think it would be a good idea to wash the floors regularly with detergent. The breakfast was delicious and nice. The coffee was also very good. I would like to use this again when I go to Sendai."
