Excellent service and very highly qualified staff was a pleasant stay here I specially want to mentioned about front desk staff very kind and cooperative front desk manager Mr Aoqi wang and miss Michelle both treat me a vip services and complimentary drinks 🍸 both can speak in English and I didn't felt any hurdles during communication they provides me info about surrounding attractions inner Mongolia and arrange self drive 🚗 Rent a car which is highly appreciated, because Mr Aoqi Wang kind and professional attitude I extended my stay 1 day to 4 days , and I am looking forward to stay in same hotel again whenever I visit to batoa , highly recommended nice clean and comfortable big rooms with beautiful veiw of city and mountain ⛰️ ,best location near by Wanda plaza Western food available all food brands just by a walking 🚶‍♂️ distance best place to stay specially for foreigner's visitors.

This time, Judy contacted me in advance to ask about my preferences and took the initiative to upgrade the room. She was professional and attentive. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The lobby has recently added Christmas decorations to create a full atmosphere.

The front desk lady saw that we took the children to help us upgrade the suite. It was really pleasantly surprised. It felt like there was a large living room like home. An excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

The hygiene is average. After all, it’s a yurt. I didn’t enter the hotel lobby. A car came to pick it up. I went directly to the yurt without registering at the front desk. Give me a room card. If you want to go to the yurt to eat, you must be cautious. A milk tea will charge me 140, and you must be cautious when riding a horse. 360 is a person. I don’t want to ride a second time, so I might as well drive to see.

Belongs to the resort type! A small yurt group on the grassland! We live in Haobiao, one has two 150 beds, the bedding is still clean, there is a bathroom in the room, a water heater, but it is useless, no air conditioning, the sun is still very hot in the morning! It's okay at night, not cold! There are a lot of mosquitoes, and there are a few people who climb out of the cold, but the grassland is inevitable. If you mind, you should consider it carefully! Regarding eating, I advise everyone to do their best. We have three big and four small. We have a little confiscated when ordering. We bought half a sheep 22 pounds. We ate one meal at night. We didn't finish it. We didn't finish it the next day. We took it to Hohhot! Fortunately, there is an ice pack, all the way to ice, and ate for two more days! I chose this place mainly to take the children to live in a yurt and ride a horse. Riding a horse for 60 per person and one attraction, and paying an extra horse money is the team leader's money! There is also a bonfire party in the evening, and a lot of money is spent on fireworks. It is also very lively for everyone to jump together! By the way, the blue sky and white clouds of the grassland, the sunrise and sunset are beautiful! The photo is very good! The boss service is also not bad, asking for pillows or something, basically responsive!

入住包頭東河仕錦酒店體驗感很棒，前台服務員標準級服務，業務熟練，給入住客人首感踏實。房間明亮寬敞，沒有其它氣味，衞生員打掃的很乾凈，勤快，乾濕分離式衞浴很舒服的，有直飲水享用，性價比合適，連續入住了15天，確實都很好，5分好評，如再來包頭東河會首選該酒店入住。

The hotel in Baotou gave me a surprise. It was cheap and good. I had a nosebleed on my first day as a southerner. I asked the front desk if there was a humidifier. The hotel didn’t have one and they found a way to get one for me. It really saved my life. Got it 😭 The beef noodles for breakfast are delicious. The service is very good, I can’t help but give it a good review😘
