Visiting some old friends and was very pleased to have a nice room to come back to at the end of the night. Needed to add a night and there was absolutely no fuss about it. Mary and Ada were especially friendly and happy to make conversation which was appreciated!

Before booking, I called in advance to ask if there were any non-smoking rooms. They were all non-smoking. The handsome staff member Mark also added my WeChat and reserved a room for me to make it non-smoking. He also upgraded the room type for me. The room is quite large and the equipment is quite new. There are refrigerators and safes. Everything you need is there. The jasmine green tea bags are delicious and I asked for two more bags. The heating is very hot and I don’t need to cover myself with a quilt at night. When it was time to check out, I was still eating lunch outside. The staff also helped me delay the check-out for two hours. The service is very good. There is also a small episode. I planned to go to the Paleozoological Museum, so I also booked a hotel near the museum, Yue*zhi, which is also a 4-star hotel. At first, I didn’t decide which hotel to stay in. Wanfeng is far from the museum. After visiting the museum, I was very tired, so I went to a nearby hotel. When I entered the room, I found it was very small. The washbasin was right next to the bed without a partition. The sheets still smelled of cigarettes. I had to scan the code to watch the online TV. Fortunately, the hotel was not bad and I could check out. I decisively came to Wanfeng. Wanfeng is really much better.

The room is spacious, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is very rich. The laundry room is very good and convenient. Thanks to the front desk brother for helping to dry the clothes. The service is very considerate. Parking is also very convenient, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The Fairfield brand is trustworthy and I will come again next time!

Overall it's OK. The room facilities feel like they have been taken over from an old hotel and slightly renovated. There were a few minor incidents during the check-in process but they were resolved in a timely manner. The equipment in the gym can still meet basic requirements. There is still room for improvement. Keep up the good work👏
