Can’t beat the location, it’s right next to 7-11 and the sake museum, and directly accessible from the JR station. The breakfast is fabulous and generous. Love it.

Good location. Friendly staff. Close to train station and bus stops

There doesn't seem to be much to comment on this business hotel. It is pretty good in all aspects. The rooms are not big, and the hotel has a laundry room. More importantly, it has the best location. You don't have to exit the station and can go directly through the corridor. It is right next to the Cocolo Commercial Street in the station, making it very convenient for travel and dining. The included breakfast is at Uonuma Kamazura downstairs, and the hotel's decoration is quite distinctive.

The hotel is right next to Niigata Station, with direct access from the third-floor exit, which is very convenient. The hotel is average in size but the bathroom is not cramped, which is a good comment. The room is also relatively new. It's just that the breakfast is really lackluster, there is nothing to eat at all, but the breakfast is not expensive. Will stay again next time.

The room is a small double room, clean and hygienic. The side entrance of the check-in area on the third floor of the hotel is inside Niigata Station. It takes about 70 minutes to walk to Tokyo by Shinkansen. The exit on the first floor of the hotel is right next to the taxi station and bus station. The bus goes directly to Niigata Station. It is 25 minutes away from Xie Airport (the fare is 470 yen per person, about RMB 20), making it one of the best choices for business people on business trips.

The location is very good. You can walk to the station. But why don't you want to put a quilt cover on the quilt?

My mother-in-law, who has difficulty walking long distances, was able to realize her dream of "going to a Fukuyama Masaharu concert." We were able to get seats at Niigata Toki Messe, and stayed at Hotel Mets Niigata with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and two wives, four of us. We brought our wheelchair and walker, but the interior space was spacious and the bathroom and toilet were separate, so we would recommend this hotel to elderly people who may have difficulty traveling. We also appreciate the thoughtfulness of the front desk. Breakfast was delicious, too. It was a memorable trip!

The bathroom was spacious, the toilet and bath were separate, and the Japanese-style bath had a washing area, so it was easy to use. It had been a while since I'd returned to Japan, so I was able to relax in the bath and relieve the fatigue of my long journey.

It was directly connected to the station, so it was very convenient. There are souvenir shops in the station building on both sides of the hotel. I recommend Honshukan (you can drink five cups of your favorite sake in a sake cup for 500 yen). The room was a superior 21 square meter room, but I was skeptical and called the front desk to confirm. I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. I was a bit concerned that the slippers were worn out and the room felt a bit small, but other than that, there were amenities at the front desk, a coffee server, and the front desk staff were very polite and I was very satisfied. I will stay here again if I go to Niigata!
