The Entrance to the Hotel Building Does not Justify the hotel itself. Not only greeted by the friendly counter staff, the lobby, room and toilets are very clean. Felt Homely just like when I was staying in the UK. With added small gestures , like snacks , popcorn, muffins for you to help yourself to. And most importantly, feedback was attended to instantaneously when I mentioned the plug may be short circuit by the adapter. The place is clean daily and you can smell the disinfectant. Will definitely return to the same hotel again if I revisit BKK.. The rooms are bigger for the two single beds.. Low Rise Building. According to our friends who stayed in the next building at a 4 star hotel, our rooms are better. No bathtub or swimming pool in this hotel if you are looking at it. But it is a very very decent Place to stay in and it's centralised.

Wonderful cozy hotel right smacked in the middle of Pratunam! Just opposite the huge Platinum shopping mall and walking distance to the morning / night market. A new mall with Big C is opening soon in Q2 of 2025. Good massage place at the hotel building itself and yummy crepe road street stall just downstairs! Bonus point: there are connecting rooms available!

Booked the standard single room for my short work visit in Bangkok, the location was superb with Platinum Mall & CentralWorld Mall in walking distance (covered walkway). One to improve is the switches, it has no central switch by the bed. Moreover, it advertised the room does come with windows with city view, but that’s not the case for my booking. Nevertheless, I’d consider this hotel again for my next trip to Bangkok.

I had a nice stay here. The bed was okay, there is personal locker to put our things in the room. Toilet was clean. They have a common space at level one for the guests to use. Walking distance to Phenix Pratunam Mall, Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall. So the road is very busy on the day with vehicles going forth and back. The nearest train station would take about 10-15 minutes walk.

In the room and the bed are very clean. At the bed there are lockers, lamps, plugs, curtains closed around, sleep soundly, no accumulating smell, clean sheets and like to have towels as well. The bathroom is ok but looks old (peeling wall) and it seems that there is no maid to clear the shower room. So it makes it trash But not smelly The receptionist is very cute, check-in closes at 11:00 p.m. We arrived at 10pm, we were not frustrated, as Thai people speak very well. If there is a chance to go to rest again

Location : walking distance in pratunam area. Morning the street is happening and quiet in the night. Room : they clean the room everyday :) Toilet no place to put toiletries shampoo etc No iron provided Receptionist: not friendly especially the guy.

overall, hotel is acceptable. only few issues to improve, toilet sink leaking though hotel fixed it, but still a but leaking. room cleanliness ok. clean room everyday. neighboring noise can be heard when talking. dont have comb, iron, tv out of order, location.of hotel very convenient. MRT, clothing marketing, food great.

Great value hotel in a convenient location. Reasonably priced with nice amenities. The hotel offers drop-off tuktuk service to Pratunam market and the nearest BTS Airport Link station (Phaya Thai), which is very handy. Getting back requires either a tuktuk ride or a short 10-minute walk, but it's manageable. The rooftop features a small but pleasant swimming pool - perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The area around the hotel is excellent for shopping and dining, with plenty of options nearby. Multiple 7-Eleven stores in the vicinity make it easy to grab essentials or snacks. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a good balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability in Bangkok.”

The room is spacious and well kept. The only thing that was lacking was a kettle, mugs and coffee/tea. There is a hot water dispenser near the lift lobby. But without providing mugs, it was difficult to get hot water. Other things which did not bother me was no toothbrush, bedroom slippers, body lotion. comb and shaver which are usually provided in a hotel of this class. Apart from the above, the hotel was in an excellent location and has a beautiful lobby. Breakfast was good and with sufficient varieties.

Location is superb. That should be the highlight of this place. You will see the place once you walk down the stairs from Phaya Thai station. Information that deserves to be shared: the bathrooms are not segregated by the room type. You will be sharing with the whole floor regardless of the room or bed you book. Where I stayed (3rd floor) There were two showers, 1 toilet and 1 urinal in the gents room. (I did not have to wait to use them during my stay there.) The facilities are in good condition and clean enough. The road noise was manageable. The snoring from your bed-neighbor is the one to be worried about. They do not provide any toiletries so you have to get it from a seven eleven nearby (5mins walk away) The water pressure in the showers is kind of disappointing thus you have to take longer to complete your shower. The rooms are dimly lit regardless day or night. From what I observed, this hostel lacks common area, which is not suitable if you are a digital nomad who wants a place to sit down and work.( There are only 3 four-seater round table beside the reception area) Verdict : it all comes down to the deal that you are getting. Their pricing is on the higher the end. The premium is what you pay for the location. If you are paying ＞= 30 usd/night, you are better off booking a budget hotel. Suggestion to the owner/ operator: a stronger water pressure in the showers would increase customer satisfaction. A full length mirror to check ourselves out before exploring the city would be nice :)
