Ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 24

Sukhumvit
Room is a smaller size. But fine if you’re not planning to stay in the room much. Bed is comfortable. Location is great. Quite a popular hotel. Very busy. Sound proofing is terrible. Water pressure/temperature was inconsistent. Shower could do with a sliding door or just a shower curtain.
Ibis Bangkok Siam

Siam
Booked a room at Ibis Siam because it's really convenient. Walking distance to MBK Mall and the BTS station is just 2 mins down the road. One station away is Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery. Really accesible to all locations and not very expensive at all. Basic amenities are provided, rooms are not too big but still comfortable for a solo traveler. Highly recommended for solo or couple travelers who likes convenience and accesibility.
Ibis Bangkok Riverside

Riverside
I really liked the location of the hotel, in a quiet street just off the main road. There is a community mall, coffee shop and various food outlets nearby. We tried the breakfast and I was actually impressed with the selection at such a cheap price of 282b pp. We had evening drinks too and enjoyed the surroundings. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was busy though (which I think is most of the time because of the cheap price). What disappointed me was the fact that the cups were dirty in the room and I had to clean them. We stayed with our dog, which was no extra deposit or cost which was good.
Ibis Bangkok Sathorn

Silom/Sathon
Location is good. Although it needs 10 mins' walk to the nearest MRT station, the neighbours is itself a place worth a visit. You can see international chamber of commerce here, streets named after internally famous historical figures, embassies, international schools and such. Some of the amenities need to be improved. Firstly the AC is so loud. Also the temperature of the shower changes unexpectedly. They require a Thai1000 deposit before check-in which I don't quite appreciate as such practices are rare these days.
Ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 4
4.1/5506 Reviews
Sukhumvit
Room: good size, enough space for 2 pax. Storage space under the bed was convenient to keep two pieces of luggage underneath. Air conditioning gets cold very fast and it's a plus point for BKK weather. Bathroom: small toilet and shower area. Provide basic amenities except toothbrush. There's a sewage smell if you're sensitive, maybe due to the sewage treatment but acceptable. Breakfast: international buffet, adequate choices and taste above average. Others: shuttle service from hotel to nana BTS station every 30mins from 8am. Staff were helpful and friendly.
