"I stayed on the Kid Floor, which is family-themed, and the kids really love being in this room. There are many stuffed animals that match the theme of the room. The room I stayed in is the Panda Room, which is very cute, and my two children are absolutely delighted. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok."

I recommended Siam Kempinski based on its reputation, while check-in process and room were satisfactory, I must note that the hotel is not particularly new. That said, lobby and general areas are well-maintained, showcasing the property’s commitment to upkeep 👍🏻  However, during the stay, there were some service lapses that required attention. While the management team eventually offered service recovery after multiple escalations from the Manager to the Director, the handling of the issue could have been smoother. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected quicker and more proactive CS without needing the guest to follow up repeatedly. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in delivering the seamless, elevated service that aligns with the high standards associated with the Kempinski brand!

Excellent for shopping, the service is good but difficult to book restaurants. The rooms are Thai style, very update but air con is blowing on the head all night

Of course! Here’s a more conversational version: I had such a great stay here! Huge thanks to the manager(thank you! Ms. Dew) for helping me find my lost phone—it totally saved my afternoon plans. The breakfast was super tasty, the pool was clean and relaxing, and my room was comfy and spacious. Everything about the place was amazing, from the facilities to the service. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had such a pleasant stay! The team are so friendly and help with whatever you need. You can get a free golf cart service to the local BTS station and Siam shopping areas. The breakfast selection is amazing and the atmosphere from beginning to end was on par to the best hotels I’ve stayed in! This is the only place to stay in Bangkok!

The hotel always maintained their high standards with no doubt. Perfect location next to Siam Paragon, hotel breakfast definitely worth it with a variety selection of choices on main breakfast items while rest can be choosen in buffet. The honey moon set up was detailed and greatly appreciated. Service are professional and the stay is perfect.

The hotel service is top notch. location is great, you can walk to Paragon, Siam square, Siam discovery, MBK, big C, Centralworld, . Hotel has Golf car service to Central world, Siam Discovery, BTS Siam, so convenience . Gym is very good. The car pick up service was so good, it is a bit expensive but I think it worth it. I will visit this Hotel again in the near future.
