I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok for 4 consecutive days during the Spring Festival. If the full score is 100, I would give it 80 points. Let me first talk about the reasons for the deduction of 20 points: 1. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist who greeted us was a Chinese-speaking man. He told us that we had to wait until 3 pm to check in, saying that the hotel was not in time for cleaning and that we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm, and I immediately expressed my objection. Under my strong dissatisfaction, the Chinese receptionist finally agreed that we only had to wait half an hour to check in. This left a particularly bad impression on us, although many hotel official websites said that check-in at 3 pm 1. After checking in, I felt very good about the service experience and hygiene of the hotel, but the hotel's pricing in all aspects exceeded that of the Peninsula Tokyo Hotel where we stayed recently. Compared with the price level and foreign exchange in Thailand, this hotel's room price and catering prices far exceeded the pricing of luxury hotels in international first-tier metropolises, so I deducted 10 points from their overall satisfaction. In addition to the above two reasons, I felt quite satisfied with the hotel's supporting facilities and services, including room types and hygiene.
