The staff named Peet was really helpful. We arrived at around 10pm. I wrongly chose to pay cash to Grab but I don't have cash. He helped me settled with other currency with the driver.
Then I found I left my bagpack in the airport and he helped me call the airline and made sure I reach the staff of the airline and made sure the bag was found.
We wanted to do massage and found a store on google. He helped me call the store and confirm their opening time and also the payment method before we go.
I felt really safe to have him helping me to settle all the things happened.
The room was clean. The location was nice. Very close to the big mall.

조드페어 및 빅씨마트가 가깝고 후웨이꽝도 도보로 그리 멀지 않기 때문에 지리적으로 상당히 괜찮은 편입니다. 숙소는 가격대비 나쁘지 않지만 에어컨이 송풍으로 전환될 때 냄새가 좀 심하고 침구와 수건은 조금 연식이 있어서 새거같은 느낌은 없습니다.
호텔 스텝 같은 경우 매우 친절하여 좋았고 가성비 위주가 주 목적이거나 잠만 자는 용도를 찾는다면 이 호텔이 적당할 듯 합니다.
다만 호텔 뷰는 크게 기대하지 않는 게 좋습니다.
방콕의 숙박비가 과거에 비해 많이 올라서 가성비 좋은 곳을 찾기 어렵지만 그래도 불변의 진리는 싸고 좋은 건 거의 없다고 생각하는 게 속 편합니다.

I stayed twice, and the front desk clerk was always absent at night, causing me to lose a 300 RMB deposit. Ctrip later compensated me. The second time, I felt the sheets weren't changed. I stayed for two days, and on the third day, the hotel was full, so I moved back. On the fourth day, I moved back. At night, I noticed small black pills on the sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. It was the middle of the night, so I was too lazy to call the clerk. I ended up sleeping with a bath towel. I think hotels aren't clean all the time; larger hotels might be better. In smaller hotels, you can't find things you drop.

This hotel, although 3-star, offered impeccable service and a very nice room. The furniture was a bit dated, but it was still a very nice hotel room. The service was well beyond, with a front desk that is helpful 24/7. For the price I paid, and the value I got, it was definitely worth it. The room was very spacious and amenities were clean. Would come back.
