An old hotel, and from the pictures I've seen, there might be rooms that have been renovated. But when I stayed, I pressed to choose a room that cost a little over 1000 baht with breakfast. What I got was an old room, everything was old, and breakfast was a la carte: basil, fried rice. Breakfast cost 250 baht per person. The hotel buffet said it was being renovated without a specific date. It looked like they were renovating the hotel, but the contractor abandoned the job.
