We were completely satisfied with our stay at Bliston Suwan Park View Hotel. The location is great: within walking distance of BTS Chidlom and major shopping malls, while the rooms are spacious, with everything you need - a kitchen area, a cozy living room, a comfortable bed. We really liked the pool, friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Also note that for an additional fee of 500THB you can upgrade your room category right on the spot upon check-in - this is a great option if you want more space and comfort.

The worst experience in this hotel.
I was injured by a sharp edge on the bathroom glass, which led to a cut on my toe and bleeding at this morning.
We urgently needed to purchase medicine for bandaging the wound and requested to check out by 2 PM, but our request was rejected by your staff.
This refusal has left us feeling quite frustrated, especially given the circumstances.
We only needed a little extra time to attend to my injury, which we believe is a reasonable request.
No apologize from hotel and felt disappointed with all. Service, Hotel culture & facilities.
However we were chased to leave ASAP when we bandaging the wound as it kept bleeding.
It is disappointing that the hotel has shown such a lack of understanding and consideration for our situation and feelings as customers.

We really liked it, we were on holiday with two children, everyone was happy. Clean, cozy, the view is gorgeous even on the 9th floor. The deposit was returned:)

The advantage is the location of the hotel is good, not far from BTS. The entrance has a Dior cafe on the opposite side. It is convenient to travel. But it seems that the hotel is under renovation. When the elevator opens, I can smell the paint or something that smells very strong and gives me a headache. The hotel is quite old. The room has complete electrical appliances. But the ironing board is quite damaged and should be replaced. 😔 A little disappointed.
