Overall experience is excellent. Location is in the center of Thailand and close to hospitals, shopping malls, local facilities and convenient to transport networks. Service is also good. Breakfast is excellent and has a great menu in the buffet.

Hotel is basic, showing its age as well. We had to call for towels, but service was otherwise good and fast.

Clean hotel, very polite staff and good breakfast. Family friendly so you can visit with kids and stay here.

The hotel is fairly decent but it is showing its age. But for the price, it is acceptable. But other travellers should be aware of is that the hotel is dominantly patronized by indian customers and as such has quite a number of Indian restaurants.

Nice hotel, but it’s a bit dodgy in the evenings. Great for party people. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend for families or single females.

Going a bit earlier might help avoid the rush. **Location & Facilities:** The location is excellent—right in the heart of Sukhumvit, close to the BTS Nana station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, including a gym and pool. Staff were friendly and tried their best to assist even when things got busy. **Overall:** This hotel offers **good value for money** if you're looking for a central location in Bangkok. It’s a large property with a mix of room types, and while the Square Wing is more traditional, it’s still comfortable. For a smoother experience, consider checking breakfast timings and possibly exploring the Sky Wing for upgraded rooms.
